Hardly. This monstrosity of stupidity will not do a damn thing for the economy. The Democrats apparently have no conception of what needing immediate injection actually means. They’re perfectly content to have this pork bill get spread out over the next five or ten years (according to CBO scoring) – some stimulus that will be. Elections have consequences, and the consequences of this election are already beginning to bear out. Sit back America, incompetence will rain down upon us; the govenment has never fixed anything, they always make matters worse – see results of first half ot TARP and weep.

you guys kicked open the doors with $1.2 Trillion in stimulus and bailout bills, $350 billion in Farm Subsidies and on and on…

And now we’re supposed to argue credibly that it’s wrong when the Dems call your bet and raise you by $850 Billion more and counting?
