Hey Moe, Neil, somebody...

While it’s an appropriate comment, it’s just that. A comment.

brevity

is the soul of wit.

What you see as merely a comment may indeed be enough said.

Not every diary should be a diatribe, at length, ad nauseum.

And not every “comment” is merely a comment.

You are, of course, free to disagree.

You are a self serving idiot based on this comment.

There are standards for diaries and in the magical month you’ve been here you should have been able to figure that out.

Diaries should refer to a current news item or political event, have links to establish the source and have commentary for the purpose of discussion.

Yours has none of that. Yours is a comment, nothing more nothing less and it moved a real diary off the page so you could get your jollies.

brevity is fine, when appropriate

But we have posting rules here that you have violated. You pushed a diary off the page with this drivel. That person, who’s diary is no longer on the list, may have actually put thought and effort into their diary.

Are you acting fairly?

“God is great, beer is good and people are crazy.”- Billy Currington

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘press on’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.” Calvin Coolidge.
