Powell has just justified his decision, in part, by saying that all this talk about Ayers, etc. is trivial. TRIVIAL? No surprise, at all.

Colin Powell wants a job next year and is trying to jump on the bandwagon of who he thinks is ahead. That’s why he jumped on the “Obama Bandwagon” and he didn’t make his announcement until just now – he wanted to see who polls “picked” to win (except he doesn’t seem to know the REAL poll numbers).

The man needs a job.

As far as what Colin Powell said – HE was the one who was supposed to “reach out to the world” as Sec. of State, yet he complains that we (HE) didn’t do enough of it.

What a joke. I just listened to him on Fox News. I’ve never heard such babbling. Any respect this man had from me is gone.

He complains about the attacks on His Highness, but not a word about the vicious attacks aimed at McCain and Palin.

Talks about taxes like he’s never read a thing about tax policy. Utterly pathetic. This was just a rehash of liberal spin coming from the mouth of liberal democrat which is exactly what Powell is, a liberal democrat.

We all know why he endorsed Obama. He has the right to do so. I also have the right to point it out.

Again, what a pathetic endorsement. Powell should anchor the evening news. He spins the same way.

And o’bama has experience? At what; campaigning and chicago political dirty tricks. What great experience for us.. Powell is just another example of the real racism being shown in this election; Rosie Greer said he would vote for o’bama just because he was black.

Oh well, to each his own… This country will either decide it wants to become a socialist state with o’bama or at least retain some semblance of what our founding fathers intended under John McCain.

I hope we get the latter; but if we get socialism then those people will get what they deserve and I only hope true leaders and people of the people and for the people like Sarah Palin arise for the ’10 elections..

They can have their Powell, we have our Lieberman.

Powell was always a liberal, but sold out his own personal views and worked in the Bush administration to bolster his resume.

Imagine how different things would be if Bush had selected John Bolton from the beginning instead of Colin Powell.

Colin Powell endorsed Barack because he is black. Nothing more. The whole idea that McCain seemed unsure during the “economic crisis” (as if it w ill be over once socialism visits America) is a joke. Powell knew once Barack was the nominee who he would be for. Condi Rice is also supporting Obama. Her decision to stay out of it says just as much as an Obama endorsement (I bet she is feeling the pressure to jump on board now).
