Act for the relief of unemployment through performance of useful public works and other purposes. To promote world peace and friendship and work.
 
 
 This bill establishes a worker base community for the development of the country in economic hard times and beyond. For any unemployed person, employed person, Veteran of the United States, Disabled persons, providing vocational training through the performance of useful work related to conservation and development of natural resources in the United States. All work will be with in the US and territory’s, no other country will receive the CED but by a vote of at least 75% of the population of the US approving the action.
 
 
 By the adoption of this bill the Peace corp. will be combined with the new Community Economic Department (CED). The army engineers will have a working relationship with the (CED), the department of labor and industry will have a working relationship, the department of forestry and parks will have a working relationship with the CED. Moneys from the unemployment of any unemployed person can be transferred for help in the training of a person. But the Department may not deduct or in any way take away any moneys from that person, but moneys must be add to the hours worked training will be considered work. Any person or persons found to unjustly take way moneys from any person of the CED will be imprisoned for 3 years.
 
 The Community Economical Department. (CED) will be under and operated like that of the U.S. Army, But with other privileges to the workers of the country.  And will be under the U.S. Armed Forces command and budget.

1. There will be a two-year commitment to service.
2. There will be no military training of weapons or hand to hand combat.
3. Training of veterans of the armed services for works out side the government.
4. Training for all business work in all forms.
5. Training of all for work in the government in all vocations.
6. Training and support for fire fighting in all areas.
7. No person will be denied entry into the CED after the age of 18 years of age.
8. No physical requirements will be asked of any person.
9. No test for placement will be taken, but may be of knowledge to show what the interested are and how the government will help to improve that person’s economic standing.
10. The people of the CED may by a vote of all, elect its superiors, leaders.
11. The people of the CED by a vote elect any right of choice, for improvement in the CED for the workers. The highest number counted wins.
12. Development of the country, new power supplies for all states.
13. Building of water desalination plants, combined with a solar power plaint and hydrogen collation plants, each state must have at least one plaint of each.

25. After training the CED will not encourage or discourage any person(s) from discharge. The CED will remain neutral.
26. Structural Improvements: bridges, fire towers, service buildings, all trails and airport landing fields.
28. Erosion Control Improvements: check dams, terracing and vegetable structures.
27. Transportation Improvements: truck trails, minor roads and major, foot covering. Includes planting of large amount of vegetation of all kinds.
29. Environmental Improvements: Cleaning of chemical disaster areas, installation of clean energy filters and other environmental improvements, growth of algae for clean up for carbon, in city planetary both on towers and unused lands.
30. Flood Control: irrigation, drainage dams, ditching, channel work, rip rapping; building of flood control structures.
31. Forest Culture: planting trees and shrubs, timber stand improvement, seed collection, nursery work.

38. Housing: Build underground homes and building in tornado areas, build hurricane resistant home and buildings, Build affordable housing in low income areas, and teach to maintain building, build flood areas homes and buildings resistant to floods. Building Earth quack resistant buildings.
39. Art: encourage artist for building ideas, art, and wall art, Acting, music, extra.
40. Any armed forces member may transfer to this department.
41. Any Indian may join the department.
42. Desert reclaiming: To promote new jungles and parks and other wild life habitation in desert areas of the country. The department will gather water for and bring water inland from the water desalination plants, create and grow new vegetation habitable to that area by not limited too, and maintain it. The department will also reclaim old forests and jungles. The areas will be consider off limits to sale, will be considered national treasures for the world and country. This will include building green houses in deserts. By using the sand in area to make glass and use of other natural materials. Use natural means to enhance the soil and enrich it.

44. The US government will buy at fair market value any lands necessary to carry out this department duties.
45. The US court both state and federal will promote the entry of none violent persons into this department, to pay off fines, bills, training, and drug and alcohol rehab. Any one under this supervision will be under strict guard. No more then 50% of the wage maybe taken at a time of pay. Must be housed on a base. The two-year will not be waved.

 This amendment gives the people the right to petition the federal government for the purpose of holding an election at no cost. By use of known U.S. citizens, no registration, by known taxpayer code numbers, at any cost to the voter. For all bills sent to Congress and the Senators, local elections and national elections, state elections, to elect people into public offices, all public offices will be elected by a majority of the votes counted.  No bill of attainder will ever be sent for a vote, but maybe repealed. Any bill or law that interferes with the obligations of a contract maybe sent for a vote, repeal, amend. This amendment will give the people the right to elect judges for Supreme court, Any bill sent to congress or the senate of economy of the states and U.S., welfare, safety, nation to go war, heath care, immigration, The people will votes by yes or no, the congress and senators will cast a vote according to the majority.  No vote may be changed by the elected senators or congress. No vote maybe changed by any person of a state or electoral. Any elected person maybe recalled by majority of the votes counted. 

 The people will have the right of a citizen’s veto to all bills and laws, regulations. The veto may not be over ridden by the president or courts, any public office. The citizen’s veto maybe taken on any Supreme Court decision that conflicts with the people’s constitutional beliefs or bill of rights.

 The Senate and vice president will consider the constitutionality of any bill, law, regulation and make changes necessary  law, regulations will have a clear definition of the meaning of the working and wording. No bill or law may have more then one action, or thing to take affect.

 This amends the voting electoral system, the president will be elected by a majority of the votes counted, no vote maybe changed by any person of a state, or electoral.

A confidence, no confidence vote maybe taken on any policies, department, bill, law. At the citizens request of any action by the president or governor of a state.                                                                                      

 It is the will of the people that a computerized and cell phone and/or an in home and out of home system, as well as other technologies based voting system be put into our system of government, maybe of mail in vote, with safeguards against voter fraud to be continually strive to endeavor.  The Peoples right to privacy will be pressured. The U.S. postal service will endeavor the proper execution of this amendment. This amends constitution by will of the people. 

As the Senate moves closer to passing its healthcare reform bill, President Obama is distancing himself from supporters of the creation of a government-run health insurance program. Senate Democrats recently removed the public option from the healthcare bill in order to gain enough votes to break a Republican filibuster. On Tuesday, President Obama told the Washington Post he never campaigned on the public option.

President Obama: “It is true that the Senate version does not have a public option, and that has been—become, I think, a source of ideological contention between the left and the right, but I didn’t campaign on a public option. I think it is a good idea, but as I said in that speech on September 9th, it just one small element of a broader reform effort.”

As a presidential candidate, Senator Obama touted the benefits of a public option. On his own campaign website, Obama promised that under his health plan, “any American will have the opportunity to enroll in [a] new public plan.” As President Obama said in his weekly address that any plan that he signs must include a public option.

Well is this true, he lies? what does his site say?

If You Have Health Insurance, the Obama Plan:

• Ends discrimination against people with pre-existing conditions.
• Limits premium discrimination based on gender and age.
• Prevents insurance companies from dropping coverage when people are sick and need it most.
• Caps out-of-pocket expenses so people don’t go broke when they get sick.
• Eliminates extra charges for preventive care like mammograms, flu shots and diabetes tests to improve health and save money.
• Protects Medicare for seniors.
• Eliminates the “donut-hole” gap in coverage for prescription drugs.

If You Don’t Have Insurance, the Obama Plan:

• Creates a new insurance marketplace — the Exchange — that allows people without insurance and small businesses to compare plans and buy insurance at competitive prices.
• Provides new tax credits to help people buy insurance.
• Provides small businesses tax credits and affordable options for covering employees.
• Offers a public health insurance option to provide the uninsured and those who can’t find affordable coverage with a real choice.

    • Requires large employers to cover their employees and individuals who can afford it to buy insurance so everyone shares in the responsibility of reform.

Democrats say it was not their fault for the recession. The over regulation of business is a major problem, not to say anything about forcing people to have insurance of a corrupt system. The constitution says the government is the only one that can interfere with the obligations of a contract, so way is not the government doing that? Because it is thought by them that punishment will stop the usury. If a child rapist is set free will they offend again? Yes they will! It is the same with business, the only why to stand up to the insurance companies is to interfere with their contracts by setting the amount we should pay, and telling these very wealthy users no deductible is allowed. And you may not choose what will be covered because it is discrimination of the disabled, the children, the whites, women, and age. What is gained by allowing us to continue to suffer?
