Today, in response to a question of Obama’s Propaganda Minister (sorry) Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs said the following in regards to Vice President Cheney’s assertions over the weekend:
“I guess Rush Limbaugh was busy. So they trotted out their next-most popular member of the Republican cabal.”
Popularity might be close to true, but the use of the word ‘cabal’ should result in the immediate resignation of this disgusting excuse.
May I remind you, Cabal means: “the artifices and intrigues of a group of persons secretly united to bring about an overturn or usurpation esp. in public affairs”. In other words:
Robert Gibbs, from the official podium of the administration, accused the entire Republican party of sedition!
