Haven’t written much lately, there is so much going on.  I have been trying to sort it all out.  I live in a small agricultural county of about 12-14,000 people. There is probably only 7-8 gas station/convenience stores here.  Plus two motels, two liquor stores and one small grocery store. That’s 13-14 businesses here only one is American owned and operated. I would like to know if the reports I have heard for years are true. Do these mostly Indian businesses get a -0- tax benefit for five years. If this is true, WHY? And if it is true, and the figures I have put forth may be representative of communities across America. Also if true, then there is a very large segment of foreign business owners who are paying no tax. I believe that there maybe a large source of tax income that should be taxed. I pay taxes and I was born here and I vote. Why should any group get a free pass. Where is my free pass.

Surely some of Redstate’s  members may have access to more information than I do. Would someone please comment on this subject. Are American citizens getting the shaft, while foreign born get a free ride?………………Joe

No!!! God gave them that land in perpetuity, and parts of Syria, Iraq and more. They regained possession of some of their land during the six day war.

Most boundary lines of countries all over the world have been established by war and superior forces. The Palestinians will never be happy until Israel is completely destroyed. There is no other acceptable solution in the hearts and minds of the Palestinians. And by the way…………

How about the good old USA giving all the land back to the Indians that we defeated and cheated to establish our borders today?  Would that be any different that asking Israel to give away land taken in the same way? I think not.

Let me offer this observation, My brother and his wife went to see Sarah at the Villages near Ocala,Fl. He described the scene like this, “Joe I have never seen anything like this in my life. Parking was jammed so much that people were parking and walking 2 miles away. He said  Joe, there were old ladies with walkers, slowly and painfully, making their down the side of the road to see this woman of courage and commitment. A real person who sold the State jet on E-bay, fired her chauffeur and her personal chef. She said I can cook why should the people of Alaska pay for that.

When have you ever seen a group of people so passionate?  I know we have several candidates that could do a good job, but the people……… LOVE!!! ….her. What other candidate inspires like she does. Don’t ever discount the American voters. This is a love affair.

Last night I watched with great excitement as the  people of America had their coming out celebration. When I say”people” I mean the voters: ………… the carpenters, the plumbers,teachers,farmers,truck drivers,doctors, nurses, mailmen,meat cutters, salesmen, black folks, white folks, moms and dads, grandmothers and grandfathers. This is the real America. These are the men and women of the continental army who gave their fortunes, their courage and their lives to say….. enough!! We will not be preyed upon by people who have only their own selfish desires and those of their crony, corrupt associates. We are America and we will fight and we will win!

Not the lawyers, scribes and pharisees. Not the hypocrites who promise everything and deliver nothing.Not the cowards who tell our brave men in uniform that they must read a captured enemy combatant his rights. Not the cowards who wait to act until Israel or America has been savagely attacked.

A new day is dawning in the home of the brave and the land of the free and it is time for real hope and change that Americans have always forged for themselves. Not the phony baloney crap that has made liars out of the current leadership. The Dems need to stand up, straight and tall, if they can and look in the mirror and say to themselves. ” This Ship is going down” We have made bad choices, and we have picked a looser for a leader, all is lost… and the fat lady is singing. A fitting end to such an arrogant,smug, corrupt group of thieves. It is my hope that many of these will be prosecuted and jailed for their total disreguard of the Constition.

I have to stop now but I feel so much better and I can only say “I meant every word of it.”

was a testament to the human spirit and its yearning for freedom. I am sure a lot of readers are familiar with this also. One of the few things I remember from 8th grade English a long time ago.

Some how in my simple and unpoliticized mind, I just naturally assumed that the financial suicide that we are engrossed in, is shall I say, the most dangerous crisis this country has ever faced. If the dollar goes away as the world currency, every American including illegals, will suddenly face a lifestyle that only third world countries endure.

How does no gasoline available, or what about grocery stores with empty shelves, a loaf of bread might be $500.00,  gasoline $50.00 per gallon. Can you learn to live with no electricity? Your job goes away and your health and life insurance. Schools are closed, no police or fire departments. How’s that sound for HOPE and CHANGE? These are only a small portion of the reality of economic collapse. Do you understand that China owns this country?  And yet………….the only thing we hear from brain dead politicians is, “We have to have health care right now!!!right now!!!!right now……….

Listen!!   The people who fashioned this great nation, and fought for it, and even donated their personal fortunes to it, did not even know what health care was. The American explorers and settlers, and the railroad workers who opened up this country from shore to shore, all the early entrepreneurs, the Sinclairs, the the  Vanderbilts, the Rockefellers, actually survived and built great personal fortunes…. and the greatest country the world has ever known, all ” WITHOUT” health care. They didn’t have it or even know what it is !!  The American people have survived for 233  years,  press 1 for English, that’s 233 years without this program. Wow! Unbelievable! I thought if we didn’t get it, we would all just drop down dead. Wow! Far Out!

The bottom line is this……..We can’t afford it…………… we are not only broke but we have mortgaged our country and our children’s future. Congress!! do you understand this? This country will not self destruct if this bill goes away. It won’t be the end of the world. The sun will still rise in the morning. We have gone 233 years without it, so I believe we can continue until we can afford it.

However the Democrats led by their community organizer are pulling every rabbit out of the hat and sliding more aces out of their sleeves than a Mississippi river boat gambler to permanently assure their place as the leaders of our country. This is what it’s all about. Don’t ever believe that they care about anything or anyone that does not improve their ownership of power. And sadly,  many voters and some short sited Republican politicians are buying this dog and pony show instead of trying to bring this country back to the position of world leadership that it has always been. Am I the only one who has reached this conclusion?

I’ll try to be brief. I know a lot of people  will disagree with these thoughts but apparently they’ve mistaken me for some one who cares. What I care about is freedom!!! plain, simple unadulterated freedom. I don’t want anyone telling me to wear a seat belt, or that I can’t smoke or that I have to drive a sardine can with a wind up key, or I have to use stupid fluorescent light bulbs that does not last any longer and only gives out half the light after a 5 second warm up period, and by the way, if you drop one of those earth saving fluorescent bulbs, you’d better dial 911 because the little gem that’s going to save mother earth has the deadly toxin MERCURY in it. You will have to have a hazz-mat team to show up with sirens blazing and then you will have to move in with your mother-in-law for about 6 weeks until the deadly MERCURY has been sucked up in a shatter proof vial and escorted by armored cars and troops to a top secret facility in area 51.  and then you have to dig through all the family garbage to separate plastic and paper not that’s some quality time right there.                                                                                   You know, it’s OK to jump out of a perfectly good air plain or bungee dive off of a 1,000 foot bridge or enter a hot dog eating contest and eat 65 hot dogs in 97 seconds, or jump a motorcycle over the Grand Canyon. It’s all right to murder unborn children but we have to save the dolphin. gopher turtles and diamond back rattlesnakes.

Our priorities as a nation have become so demented, I don’t know if we can ever come together as a people. Look, everyone wants clean air,clean water and less polution, but these goals while admirable should not forced upon those who disagree. You can pull a chain but you cannot push one. The solution will be found by the American capitalist system of business. If there is a need, or a market,  American ingenuity will rise to the occasion. Products will be created that will save money, work better, and will be highly sought after by the American consumer. You won’t have to impose restrictions or special life styles. The people will do it because they want to.  That’s what I’m taking about………..FREEDOM, FREEDOM. Live free or die!!
