And yet those months were entirely instructive to all of us. Obama revealed to the nation and the world who he really was, and we grew strong once more. This vote revealed an entire party to the nation and to itself as well. They are thieves, cheats, liars, hypocrites and mountebanks, and they cannot hide it ever again.

The past 14 months showed us who our government is. Now it’s time to show the government who WE are. I’m betting on us.

It is well past time for those of us who value liberty to face these tyrants head on.

That means no more operators. We need to get behind the patriots running for congress this fall and, once we’ve dispatched Pelosi, Reid, and their lieutenants on Capitol Hill, we turn our attention to running that overrated rabble rouser Obama all the way back to Jeremiah Wright’s lap.

Also – let’s not forget that our side had NO defectors. Every single one of the Republicans –even Joseph Cao–voted for liberty and AGAINST health care rationing.

35% of Americans self-identify as democrats. So 1/3 of this country are now “enemies”?? Listen, I empathize with conservative ideals and was leaning toward maybe for the first time in my life voting GOP, one of the reasons I started reading this site. But, since I started reading, it has all been enemy this, evil-that, lets not pay taxes. To call the entire other political party and anyone who associates with them(and not just one person, but ANY democrat) your “enemy”?? Al-qaeda is our enemy, democrats are not. If you really want the good of the party, talk like this must stop.

And how is opposition to health care the ‘clear will’ of the people? Pollster has opposition to the senate bill at 49%. So support or no opinion is the majority of the people. Opposition the bill was not the clear will of the people.

If I vote republican it will be because of ideas on how to bring jobs and fix the economy. But really, all this talk about enemies and revolutions and ‘evil’ness of all democrats and ignoring the ‘will’ of the people will not help anybody come november.

I don’t know how we do it, but somehow, someway we must do everything in our power to turn the Democrats’ lives into a living hell every day until the next election. Let’s put on our thinking caps, brainstorm, get creative, and let the enemy know they’ve crossed the line in the sand. Sending Stupak 30 pieces of silver was one good idea, but I would prefer something that doesn’t look or smell pretty. Can we send them our foul-smelling garbage? Can we leave it on the doorsteps of politician’s local offices? If that creates legal problems, what could we do instead that would be equally unwelcome?

We need some ideas!

To me these words mean more now than ever. I have tried to put myself in the place of these men and understand what they were faced with so many years ago. They had so much less to work with than we do now! The founders of this nation knew that they were actually putting their lives on the line for the sake of freedom. Do we undertake any less of a commitment to continue the fight that they started? And we do not have to take up arms to accomplish our goals as our forefathers did. They have given us the means to take back and recover what has been lost: the ballot box.

Be determined. Do not quiver. Never surrender.

There are NO Democrats. They are Progressive Socialists and must be called such. Let them call themselves whatever they choose. The time for statesmanship and decorum has passed with the Health Care Bill. I really don’t want to hear the term “my friend on the other side”, come out of any Republican’s mouth. Start accurately identifying the enemy of America. It only wastes time and diverts needed energies from the goal of regaining liberty to not.

Know your enemy is a great line. What to do about your enemy is a different problem. I think for our survival we have to admit that they control the discussion and the debate. Until we come to this realization, and find a way to counter their arguments, the status quo will persist. We only made it so far on the health care debate, but not far enough. It shows that we are beginning to make some progress on the rhetoric front, but not enough.

Our next offensive play to combat our enslavement is for States to challenge this monstrosity in the Federal court system.. From what I can tell this will be a 2 prong attack, the first will be the individual mandate, and secondly will be the unfunded mandate obligation of the states themselves.

I encourage everyone who visited Washington D.C. over the weekend to contact their local conservative media outlets and to do the same. We need to spread the word about how our elected representatives turned a deaf ear to the will of the American people. We need to expose their arrogance and shame them before the world.

I attended the D.C. rallies on Saturday and then went over to visit my congressman. Afterward I wrote a little piece about the encounter in which I detailed the hostility of the staff and their response to my questions about the bill. 1. We must all work towards conservative majorities in all State legislatures.
That will help us define our congressional districts. It will also allow for the possibility of promoting a constitutional amendment as was done for the repeal of prohibition.
2. We must be vigilant in our quest to discern who real conservatives are. Then we must support them with our efforts and money.
3.Our motto is and should continue to be: “Repeal” Just like Erick said.

4. We should and really must have a consolidated effort among those of us who follow politics to get the word out. It needs to be easy for the casually political person to get info regarding our movement towards more conservative candidates. I am not computer savy enough to do this, but there are a lot of people who are.
5. We must be willing to put time, energy and money into our local Republican party. This is our base of operation and we need to work from within it.
Just this weekend my husband and I were at a rally at Legislative Plaza in Nashville. A candidate came up to us and was asking for our support. We began to quiz him. He claimed to be “the Tea Party candidate”. Of course we asked him whether he thought he might split the vote, at which time he began to sputter a little, He was very fishy. Might the dems support supposed tea party candidates just to split our vote?. That man was wicked!

Democrats last election interjected third party candidates in several elections just to take votes away from our Republican candidates. I can think of two just off the top of my head: Saxby Chambliss in Ga and Franken’s Senate race.,

So, I guess to summarize. We all need to get off our duff and make a difference. It is not like “The Little Engine that Could” He just thought he could. We can!

Armageddon. There is always an outcome of a battle between good and evil. This battle is between those who believe in the ideology of our founding nation, namely liberty, freedom and self-reliance and the ideology of progressivism, marxism, fascism and big centralized governments.

The answer to to the takeover of private companies…banks, GM, and all other untold Fed bailouts is to remove the source of power from the federal government. I’m not suggesting that voting these politicians out of office will solve anything. Most become corrupted.

All this anti big government energy needs to be focused upon our states. Our country was set up with the balance of power residing with the states. Since the federal income tax was created our states have become very weak. States don’t even have a representative they appoint anymore now that senators are popularly elected.

States that create healthy environments for success in business with low taxes and regulations are penalized by having to share any potential tax revenue with other states via federal corporate and personal income tax redistrubution. It removes income and wealth from the states. Some of it is redistributed elsewhere and some of it given back to states dictating what they must do with it. How much longer is this foolishness going to go on?

The states could end all of this by eliminating the federal governments source of power, the income tax. This would restore the balance of power to the states where people can control much better all things locally.

That is the answer. Governors get it together.

On September 22, 1862, President Lincoln (R) issued the first blow against slavery in the Union by issuing an executive order freeing the slaves of any state that had not returned to the union by January 1st of 1863. There was an outcry by democrats.

On March 22, 2010, 147 years and 6 months later, Barack Hussein Obama (D) will sign into law the Health Care Reform which will return not only black Americans, but ALL Americans to servitude. Democrats have their return to slavery.

Without the IRS the government becomes powerless to tax us for their pet projects. The states regain the monies needed without going through the federal government. Check out the Fair tax website it explains clearly what the fair tax is all about. Beware the government trying to implement both a fair tax and income tax. That is my biggest fear about the Fair tax. The IRS needs to be disbanded totally and forbidden to be re-instituted by law only then would a fair tax be the answer.

I never trusted obama from the first campaign speech. I knew then I was listening to a liar. Hopefully we can vote him out in 2012. But we have to be very careful as they are going to try and steal the 2010 election. The sleazebag dems in congress led by the biggest mistake congress made in a while, Pelosi. Dingy Harry Reid deserves a large share of the blame also. The dems will try in 2012 to keep their boy in the White House by any means available. We must BE PREPARED!!

I’ve been trying to tell my extended family for years there is no such thing as a good Democrat. There may still be those who are fooled into believing the Democratic Party is the same as it was years ago, especially on a local level, but that’s no longer an excuse. While I have more forgiveness for those idealistic youth who haven’t been in the real world long enough to suffer the consequences of liberalism, I no longer have any respect for most family members, friends (especialy those at church) or co-workers that I know align themselves with the Democratic Party and I am finding it difficult to maintain a relationship with them. I fear I can do so only so long as I believe they are open to honest debate, giving me a chance to convert them to conservatism. I do still pray for my enemies, but it’s getting harder every day.

Part of the task at hand is expanding our ranks and some of that includes welcoming disgruntled Democrats. There is no expansion with GOP alone. A more amped up GOP doesnt add votes. Its tougher to seduce, convince and attract people when your throwing bombs at them. Tell people they are the enemy, they suck and they better Republican from now on doesnt work too good.

You need enemies and targets. You can target liberals because they will never come over and they are the real problem. Rank and file Dems are sheep. You can target specific Dems because people hate them, even Dems, and they too are the problem.

But it is simple math. In order to win large majorities, we need people who voted for Obama and Clinton to vote for us. Cast a net too big with aspersions and it just intensifies that irratiional sense of rivalry. We cant be their boogyman. They want to come over; we must welcome them, educate them and let bygones be bygones. And look forward and move forward.

Step 1: Replace every Democrat. Every single one, in every office from the White House to the very bottom of the local ticket. Little Democrats grow up to become big Democrats, but repeatedly defeated Democrats don’t. Even the “good” Democrats vote for their party’s socialist leadership. Obamacare exposed the myth of the pro-life Democrat. Commit that we will never, ever again subscribe to that myth, regardless of the warm smile and twinkle in the eye of any Democratic candidate.

Step 2: Repeal Obamacare. Every single word of it. No compromises and no “nibbling” at it. Keep repealing the bill every month until a new President is sworn in on January 20, 2013 and signs the repeal.

Step 3: Reform the House of Representatives IMMEDIATELY when the new Congress convenes. (Reforming the Senate is much harder, but the House can force the Senate to follow its lead.)
(1) Abolish earmarks in House bills and commit to strip them from Senate bills. Issue a binding instruction for House conferees to reject all earmarks.
(2) Limit bills to one topic, with titles accurately reflecting content. Insert a clause in every bill prohibiting executive branch rulemaking related to the bill. Insert a clause in every bill clarifying both legislative intent and judicial interpretation of the bill.
(3) Mandate that amendments be germane to the bill and commit to strip all non-germane riders from Senate bills. Issue a binding instruction for House conferees to reject any non-germane provision or amendment.
(4) Abolish the seniority system. Appoint committee and subcommittee chairs who have character, knowledge, and ability. Elect and select people to leadership positions who will show the backbone needed to stand for the truth.
(5) Open all committees, subcommittees, conference committees, negotiating sessions and caucuses to the press, except for matters directly affecting national security.
(6) Require the full text of all bills to be made public at least 10 business days before any vote on the bill, and the full text of all amendments to be made public at least 5 business days before any vote on the amendment.
(7) Abolish all parliamentary gimmicks that conceal votes.
(8) Commit to a FULLY balanced budget: the sum of all revenues must be greater than or equal to the sum of all expenditures, including interest on the national debt, entitlements, and discretionary spending. Commit to full repayment of the national debt, setting aside at least 10% of annual revenues solely for repayment of the principal of the debt.
(9) Refuse to pass continuing resolutions for departments other than Defense, Homeland Security, and Veteran’s Affairs. Refuse to raise the debt ceiling. If (when) the President vetoes a fully balanced budget, let the rest of the government shut down. That government which governs least governs best, and that government which governs not at all is better than a socialist dictatorship.
(10) Respect the Tenth Amendment. Commit that no regulatory bill will be passed solely on the basis of the spending clause.
(11) Schedule the House to be in recess the first full week of every other month, with members instructed to use that time to return to their districts to listen to their constituents at town hall meetings.
(12) Publicly commit that the People’s House will always listen to and serve the people, and live up to that commitment every single day.
