		<description>It looks like about a third of the Senate will vote against her. This actually does set a high-water mark for opposition to a Democratic SCOTUS nominee. As some of you may recall, the last two nominees who were known to be liberal activists going in where confirmed with no less than 90 votes each. What I am saying is that we are headed in the right direction by setting a precedent that it is acceptable to oppose a nominee based simply on judicial philosophy, which the Dems have been doing for decades. Better late than never I suppose.</description>
