Since your likely going to be confirmed, how much effort are you going to put into sidestepping questions, stonewalling, and avoiding answers to anything — based on remaining unbiased as it relates to pending or potential cases?

I see this as insider dog and pony all the way.

He has a good basis for it, but he needs to rephrase it to get specifically at what her (bad) argument is.

but will she dismiss these questions as simply being racist. It seems that she is not getting all that warm support from the dems so the GOP can ask questions like this. It’s not like I believe that Senator Cornyn will ask this, but as time seems to go along, the chances that they will be asked gets better.
