Haystack wrote- "Then there’s the “throw off such Government, and [to] provide new guards” piece which still gives me goosebumps even though such a thing would be suicidal folly in today’s world…we’re out-gunned… but such an approach to returning America to her people is long past its usefulness anyway."

I disagree.

I believe one of the few reasons why we aren't in a complete socialist/communist type of government is the fact we are armed. Trust me, if they could, they would, but they can't, at least for now.

Notice how abusive the Clinton administration started out and how quickly they realized they were the ones "out-gunned." That is why Kennedy, between doing his level best to rob us, was also attempting to disarm us. As a typical liberal he had no real concept on just how many guns and more importantly, ammo for those guns, were in the hands of the people. Even though the tried to tax it out of existence more than once.

Obama isn't worrying about that right now, because he thought he could muscle through social control and punishment without doing it at the point of a gun. He still might. Besides, if he was doing all you see before now, and demanding the forced disarmament of citizens, he might as well be poking a hornet's nest with a stick. He is a very smart man, and knows better.

Make no mistake where I'm coming from, I'm former LEO, career long and just retired. Not a nutjob or a militia member, just a man who understands how the other side thinks. If our nation had already been disarmed, there would be no way we could ever stand against the government and it would take less than a blink of an eye for those like Obama to jump on the opportunity.

The interview with Horowitz just confirms what I say on my site all the time. This is about power. The revolutionaries we see in D.C. understand this better than anyone, they have a long history of using the point of a gun to institute change. Right now they control the media, the Congress, the Presidency, and half the Supreme Court. Obama just took the first of many shots at your kids, and will continue that effort. He has to, he needs recruits for the changes he plans.

In 1997 I wrote a book about this very time. It was supposed to be a political thriller. A work of fiction. Back then, when I let people read it, they laughed, saying no way it would happen in America. They aren't laughing now. www.revoltthebook.com It will be published soon.

My point is this, do not take your eye off the ball, or let them disarm you at any level. This is America, founded on a bill of rights that weren't just thoughts of fancy conceived by a bunch of powered wig wearing newbies. They very much understood the nature and cruelty of man, and realized that tyranny must be kept at bay by the threat of arms.

Or as Jefferson put it:

"When the government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."

Everybody says Kleptocracy but I think the better word is;

Kakistocracy

Government under the control of a nation's worst or least-qualified citizens.

It never hurts to remind people how and why this country broke it's ties to England and fought a war to become independent.

We must protect our liberties.

Nor is my honor all that sacred considering I've had my own ups and downs in life although I came out of it on the right side.

I do have a life to give although there's probably not much length left to it.

Whatever it takes.
