I can not believe that after all these frivilous ethics violations have been dismissed, Biegel is busy coming up with her next complaint, which is even more ridiculous than the previous. We will have to wait and see if she really tries to claim Governor Palin violated Greer v Spock. As always, great commentary and insight Gary.

This article is a very accurate exposure of the mentality of the liberal Democratic party. They stoop to all time new lows using people like Linda Biegel who have no scruples.

The only Gold Star Mother I can imagine BHO having a meaningful conversation with is Cindy Sheehan. GAG!

I firmly believe that in W's eyes the Troops, the Wounded Warriors and the Gold Star Families were all heroes and I know he treated them as such. To this administration, like dems before them they are tools to be used to further personal gains.

Given that BHO seems to regard all military as "less than", it seriously creeps me out to think of that dealing with Gold Star families. He has made it plain that he views all those who have died for their country and freedom as victims to be pitied and not the best of the best who should be honored and respected.

Whatever my disagreements with George Bush over certain policy decision, he will forever have my respect for his compassionate and fervent respect for our military. So many members of his administration went out of their way to regularly visit with wounded warriors and they never asked for, nor wanted, any recognition for it. The contrast with the present administration could not be more stark--or disgusting.

President GW Bush visited Ft. Bragg and gave a speech in 2006, shortly before we deployed to Afghanistan. The Division Staff, after a couple weeks of 24 hour a day non-stop preparation for his visit, were rewarded with seats in the front rows during the speech. After the shame and disgust I felt for 8 years while serving under a liar and adulterer, I was more than proud ot serve under W, even if he wasn't as conservative as I would have liked.

The speech started late, W spent the afternoon with the Ft. Bragg Gold Star Families, cancelling other planned activities and only leaving at the last possible minute to make it to the televised speech. After the speech he made his way around the front of the podium shaking our hands. I watched as he made his way past, as he grasped each hand he glanced down at each individuals nametag and rank, then addressing each person by the correct rank and name he thanked each of us for our dedication and service, personally.

Try to imagine BHO acting with the same respect...

Can't be done.
