		<description>He will get the reform needed in this case but the cost is extremely high.  Gov. Sanford will now have the political albatross of an $146 million Federal loan tied around his neck.  In other words, taxpayers in every state just paid for unemployment benefits for the citizens of SC in order for Sanford to ensure reform occurs within his state.

Yeah it&#039;s a victory and I will take it, but wouldn&#039;t it have been so much better if Sanford could have gotten a bit more for &lt;strong&gt;MY MONEY&lt;/strong&gt;.</description>
