You knew someone was going to find it. The folks over at Mere Rhetoric have:
Now, I was no fan of President Bush’s plan to privatize Social Security (mostly because there was no “opt-out entirely” provision). However, while liberals claim that Joe Wilson’s shout during Tuesday’s speech was “unprecedented” and “racist,” we can see the Democrats were just as capable of such behavior.
And they didn’t apologize for their outbursts afterward.
George Bush was called a liar nearly every day in the newspapers and on television, by political activists, by people like Michael Moore and Janeane Garofalo (still waiting for her to go to the White House on her knees over cut glass) and by the Democrat leadership during his administration. Liberals have lionized the recently released reporter who threw his shoes at President Bush during a press conference in Iraq.
During the Bush Administration, liberals told us dissent was patriotic. They were right then since dissenting with your government is one of the most patriotic things an American can do. Their claim now that dissent against Barack Obama is racist or unpatriotic is hypocrisy of the highest order.
I’ll leave you with a few more videos of President Bush, Senator McCain and others getting jeers, boos and more from liberals.
Isn’t it so fun to throw liberal’s words right back at them?

These clips are not a valid comparison… sorry.. fail… next..

Achance (Diary) Saturday, September 12th at 1:49PM EST (link)And you registered here for that? I for one will openly admit that I have no respect for the Comrade Obama, President manque, as he is nothing more than an marionette that spouts the lines written by his handlers. Just like every other achievement in that man’s life, his presidency is really just affirmative action in action; his half black heritage allows the communists to scream racism at any criticism. They’ve about worn that out now; I’m beginning to consider “racist” a compliment when I consider the sources.

DONTREADONME (Diary) Saturday, September 12th at 1:52PM EST (link)Now here is where you are very short sighted, so what you’re saying is if Joe Wilson and all of the Republicans shouted out “You Lied” or boo’ed, or made a ruckus when Obama lied that would have been OK, but because it was one person that is unprecendented? BTW, please find all of us a tape of booing in a state of the uniion address before Bush’s. Now show me where a joint session of Congress was called for a non-emergency issue and the Republicans boo’ed. Listen, you can make up stuff all you want, but proof is what you need to provide.

As to the correctness of calling him “Liar” at “State of the Union III”, there’s no disagreement that it was wrong to do so, but no one will be apologizing as to the content; Joe Wilson was right.

JLenardDetroit (Diary) Saturday, September 12th at 4:40PM EST (link)of course, in the Liberal mindset. How about you bother to go examing the FACTS about what the Democrat leaders continue to say about what is in HR3200 (and don’t give us this, he’s talking about HIS PLAN – as it doesn’t exist for anyone to read) the ONLY Bill in Consideration thus far! Examine the FACTS versus their rhetoric — oh, we have: their distortions/lies details directly highlighted/refuted: here, here, here, and here). Further lying by claiming his own plan (Obama’s “My HC plan” Lie – Obama’s HC dodge, quoting a non-existent and/or not in consideration Plan) – he isn’t saying “His preferences are” he outright Lies about a Plan no-one can read because it doesn’t exist. If it did it would be available to read from Whitehouse.gov and introduced into the House or Senate by a fellow Obamunist for Consideration – again, cannot, and will not, because it doesn’t exist!

Achance (Diary) Sunday, September 13th at 4:09PM EST (link)think the last scenes of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Someone like him, and like me when I’m working, lives in a world of checklists and If – Then statements. Your world revolves around if I do or say this, they are most likely to do this, to which I’ll respond by doing this. And of figureing out all the probably responses that they could make and my response to each of them as far out into the future as I can predict with any confidence. I’m thinking of my objective and how I can provoke you to help me reach it no matter how much you don’t want me to.
Early in my labor relations career I was very much a von Clauswitz disciple and an adherent to his “critical analysis” methods of prediction and planning. Back then unions were much more rational and even the most radical ones were led by old-school trade unionists and communists who were very methodical and predictable and who could also be brought to compromise if they saw something was the best deal they could get. By the mid-nineties, organized labor was becoming more and more dominated by public employee unions. If you want to know what happened to all the SDS types from the ’60s, look no further than the leadership and staff of the big wall to wall public employee unions. As these sorts came to power, you had to turn away from methodical Germans and Russians and to Mao’s Little Red Book and Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. By the late nineties, Rules was required reading for all my staff and understanding Rules was actually more important than understanding labor law and labor relations practice. Collective bargaining had become and remains simply politics by other means. So, watching Comrade Obama is pretty much like watching old game films for me.
