Palin has always been good, it's just that CBS didn't get to edit/censor what you see tonight.

McCain/Palin '08!!

Biden won! He lied his way into victory! Again, the politicians win in the long run.

Lying is a way of life for politicians - the kind we are hoping to get rid of.

What about Burr?"

As I recall the recipient of Cheney's fire survived.

Sarah was obviously allowed to be herself, and her performance was excellent!

Fred Thompson went down a list of things Biden just outright lied about on Fox.
Of course being a politician, he called them misrepresentations..

If you forgive the "misrepresentations" he didn't do too badly.
Certainly, he did NOT dominate.

Of course CBS didn't get to edit this...

Regards

I began working in politics the year she was born. I kept telling everyone to just take a deep breath that she would do fine.

I was wrong. She was brilliant. She blew Biden's doors off.

I have made a lot of decisions in my political life that were risky: backing Nixon in '68, Reagan in '76 and Bush in 2000, and now I add Palin in 2008. If they lose this year I will come out of semi retirement and do whatever is necessary to see her become President in 2012.

what you don't seem to understand is that this year is for non-politicians! Heaven help us from those ordinary politicians for 30 years or so...

Hey, it's okay to believe what the MSM will say, though it will be filtered out. She did come through to the "under" class...heh...

With all due respect, I think Biden won the debate. He was simply more substantive and demonstrated his mastery of the facts, especially in foreign policy. More importantly though, Biden effectively made the argument that McCain is an extension of Bush, something Palin never addressed. She changed the subject multiple times when the topic was thorny by going back to energy or talking about a tangential topic.

I want McCain to win badly, but at this point, I don't quite see how they can pull it off. McCain and Palin need to stop with this nonsense maverick, bipartisanship talk and draw sharp distinctions between them and the ultra-liberal obama-biden ticket. Otherwise, get used to saying President Obama for the next four years.

As many of you know, I tend to be (to say it mildly) more centrist than the average poster on there.

As a guy near the center, Palin is killing tonight.

Yeah, she missed a couple of places for shots, but she is showing that she has all the right instincts.

I really see a version of Reagan here.

A real superstar.
