Paging Team McCain: This is the type of ad you should run in the near future. Americans need to know about Senator Obama’s extreme views on abortion.
(LvDC)
Daniel Horowitz: Had Romney been elected the the Senate in '94, he would have been the male version of Olympia Snowe #rsrh
Neil Stevens: Checking in on the polls after the last caucuses - Unlikely Voter http://t.co/3uTiEzdZ via @unlikelyvoter #rsrh
Neil Stevens: It's not often I say KBH, McCain, and Murkowski are right. On opposing the cyberseucurity bill, they absolutely are. #rsrh
Steve Maley: Alternative Energy: No Free Lunch. #rsrh http://t.co/LF4ItCnN
Daniel Horowitz: The President’s budget will increase debt from $15.35 trillion to $25.90 trillion in FY 2022 #rsrh
Jake Walker: Again, I'd rather be governed by 535 randomly selected #CPAC attendees than the entire Congress & Senate. #tcot #CPAC2012 #rsrh
They should've mentioned BLIPA too.

Did NRTL buy time
Adam C (Diary) Saturday, August 16th at 7:08PM EST (link)during the “Faith Forum” tonight. Because if they ran an ad like that, it would highlight the sidestepping of abortion in the “forum.” I’m presuming it will be sidestepped.

Sen. Obama, what do you think of crisis pregnancy centers?
MCM (Diary) Saturday, August 16th at 7:30PM EST (link)Why not ask just that question – either tonight at Saddleback, or McCain should take that up at a debate. It would put the lie to Obama’s “reasonableness” on this issue. He can’t possibly say 1 nice thing about them because: (1) his base would be apoplectic; and (2) it would undermine Dem AG’s and their witch-hunting against them at the behest of Planned Parenthood.
And if Obama is forced to actually respond without a full endorsement of these volunteers – not out stopping ANYONE from exercising their own “right,” but simply exercising their OWN rights, it would remove his mask for those confused Christians who want to believe that he’s a different kind of lib.
And it wouldn’t even require talking about the courts, Roe, etc.
I think Warren's low key specific question
Mike gamecock DeVine (Diary) Saturday, August 16th at 7:43PM EST (link)approach is like a hangman giving the condemned rope. The contrast between Obama’s dodge with McCain will be stark.
These Christians don’t want a heated cross-examination in the church.
That he did not say that babies EVER have rights is stark.
This will set up the ads on his specific extremism for these voters quite nicely.

pilgrim (Diary) Saturday, August 16th at 7:50PM EST (link)There has been a lot of people for a long time that are buying into the narrative the drive-by media is framing.
This needs to stop. I was perfectly willing to BLAST Pastor Rick IF he had not asked any questions about the issue of abortion. I was not accepting the drive-by media’s take on what will take place. I waited to see what happened. This is another perfect example of the drive-by media misleading us.
Where the heck is Redstate with an
dbecraft Saturday, August 16th at 8:55PM EST (link)ongoing real-time religious debate? I am really disappointing with you in charge! McCain has really won here and no real-time debate…disgusting…
Just where is ResState during this process…in left field and praying I guess.

If an active thread was ever required...
dbecraft Saturday, August 16th at 9:12PM EST (link)this was one! Not only for Republican good but for the overall election. Either we agree with McCain or we don’t, and I for one (who despised McCain), came out for McCain…and have changed my mind totally (not Democrat to Republican, only for the Republican candidate).
Can you imagine that if carried live, that it would not have brought more into the Republican fold?
If it was up to the “mods” to determine the front page, we are lost!

A+ ad for McCain
paint_it_red (Diary) Saturday, August 16th at 9:23PM EST (link)Since McCain is a centrist his best bet to fire up the conservative base is to show Obama’s true colors, and I have seen nothing that would work half as well as this ad.
Run it in every swing state.
