I’m no stranger to images of self-flagellating muslims. One website that I’ve been subscribed to, AllEmpires.com, has a forum where this was brought up, I ponder the kind of fanaticism which convinces people to do things like that to themselves.

Whatever became of the five prayers per day, the pilgrimmage to Mecca and the proclamation of one God and his apostle named Mohammed? Apparently, especially in places like Iran (I haven’t seen any muslims that I know doing this, so it might be an Iranian thing — they call it “Nowruz”), it’s not enough to pray and acknowledge your faith.

Greeks have traditionally been better at fighting one another rather than the enemy that they were being threatened with at the time. It’s been that way even when it represented the highest level of human civilization in the world (c. 800s – 300s BC). Of course, in the age of Socialist subversion, Islamo-facist terrorism and political corruption, those divisions are probably getting even more exacerbated than prior to their drive for independence from the Ottoman Empire.

(The question now becomes whether or not the United States becomes the new Greece.)

Those were some crazy riots in December. I couldn’t believe it, my perception of Greece was perhaps a bit idealized.

At least no one got hurt during our own riot in Oakland.

The websites you link to are working, but you keep on adding an extra quote mark at the end, so when you click on the link it gives a 404 error. I just noticed it happened a couple of times, should be an easy fix.

Why do I feel like this isn’t the only time I’ve seen similar stories? This has definitely happened with other Dems too. Haven’t these imbeciles ever heard of background checks before?
