And it takes 60 votes to waive the Byrd Rule. Besides endless amendments, the GOP can throw up this point of order and that will kill it. Those links were hilarious!

There are some good diarists there in the science and economics areas. Non-political, basically, in their diaries.

Other than these guys, very few have any principles.
