I just can't do huffpo...
mdyou (Diary) Sunday, March 14th at 8:14PM EST (link)Honest, I’ve tried.
I can browse the LAT two or three times a week, but that’s all the insults to sanity I can take. These people we’re dealing with – they’re insane.
You can learn a LOT at huffpo
avgjo (Diary) Sunday, March 14th at 8:18PM EST (link)Great ideas for activism. I can’t stand the jerks, but ya gotta admit, they’re dang good at what they do. That’s one reason we’re where we are.
Wanna win? For real? Take a page from these people’s playbook.
Commissioning polls. How to pressure your own party to do what you want.
I feel like I need a shower after, but i have learned a considerable amount from those people.
Ceterum autem censeo, Obamaecuram esse delendam.
It’s the morality, stupid.
You'll need more than a shower...
mdyou (Diary) Sunday, March 14th at 10:22PM EST (link)…but I appreciate the approach…
Time to watch Airplane........ Peter Graves passes.
Kenny Solomon (Diary) Sunday, March 14th at 10:31PM EST (link)Peter Graves, gone at 83 years young.
Peter Graves, star of the television series Mission: Impossible and the Flying High films, has died. Graves’s publicist, Sandy Brokaw, said the actor died on Sunday shortly after returning to his Los Angeles home from brunch with his family. He was 83.
Graves was best known for his portrayal of Jim Phelps, leader of a gang of special agents who battled evil conspirators in the long-running television series Mission: Impossible. Normally cast as a hero, he turned in an unforgettable performance early in his career as a treacherous Nazi spy in Billy Wilder’s 1953 prisoner-of-war drama Stalag 17.
He also masterfully lampooned his straight-arrow image when he portrayed bumbling airline pilot Clarence Oveur in the 1980 disaster movie spoof Airplane!, which was released in Australia as Flying High.

Rest in peace, Mr. Graves……….. and thank you.

civil truth (Diary) Sunday, March 14th at 10:37PM EST (link)dubbing Fiorina’s ad “HindenBoxer”.
Not too good for her if Fiorina is a passenger…
The greatest evil…is conceived and ordered (moved, seconded, carried, and minuted) in clean, carpeted, warmed, and well-lighted offices, by quiet men with white collars and cut fingernails and smooth-shaven cheeks who do not need to raise their voice. Hence, naturally enough, my symbol for Hell is something like the bureaucracy of a police state or the offices of a thoroughly nasty business concern. -C.S. Lewis
