My son has been Stateside following his second deployment in Iraq only for a few weeks. Senior Marines in his unit have been asked not to make any big plans right now, due to the likelihood that they will be needed in the near future to answer the call from the C-in-C. Some of these guys have wives who would like to start families (some already have), others are trying to take college courses and prepare for the eventual return to civilian life. Nothing can be planned or committed to while this President f*rts aroound and throws White House parties (last night he held a huge bash, with a circus tent and Hollywierd glitterati).

Add to that the possibility of getting NJP’d or court martialed for giving the enemy a boo-boo during a standard, everyday military arrest.

Mr. Obama, you are a despicable, narcissistic, corrupt, inept, miserable failure of a Commander-in-Chief. And you look like Alfred E. Neumann in a tux.

That this clown is getting Miranda-type protections in a military court is proof again that political correctness has permeated our armed forces. PC is the saltpeter of western civilization. God help us.

In their(admin) PC world, I’m guessing these enlisted soldiers were expected to just roll over. Non-judicial punishment would have been an easy out…but these Seals have brass balls!
Just like the trial of KSM,,,,the un-intended consequences of forgetting that we are at war are going to be shown to the American people.

Believe me, the military suffers from this kind of Social Engineering nonsense worse then most people ever hear about.
But to talk as if the President is personally even aware of this case………a most unlikely case.

I don’t how many of you are ex-military or military but Obama didn’t set up this court martial. I have no love for any Demo-rat whatsoever, the faster that party goes down in flames and burns the happier I will be and they can drag the wanna be Demo-Rats with them.

This court-martial was set up by the SEALS themselves. Instead of going thru the Article 15 proceedings (Army’s verision of whatever the Squids use) which leaves 1 person to decide the fate of the SEALS they chose to make the dim wit officer who started this process prove his charges.

Back in the day I wished I would have chosen a court martial, because I proved the charges were false but lost because they felt it would be a good learning lesson for me. It would have been even better to have one of those priceless moments of watching the 1st Sgt and Captain’s jaws hitting the floor with a “But wait ummm” statement.

What this Court Martial truly shows is the patheic state that our education and military has become. All the PC crap is destroying once great institituions.

The president doesn’t set up a courts martial. That is done by his commander, not the commander in chief(I really hate to call this dunce CIC) I’m former AF so I can’t claim to know all Navy protocal, but from a Navy vet on another blog, they will be judged by their peers, like other branches.
The SEALs asked for a courts martial themselves so they can’t be judged by some officer looking for brownie points.

As a retired law enforcement officer of 36 years, I am apalled by the application of Constitutional Rights to war criminals and the imposition of rights upon every global citizen, regardless of venue. As liberals try to amend our Constitutional document to their liking, they continue to insist the Rights belong to ALL. I would respectfully submit that though noble of liberals to suggest they apply to ALL only those parts which seem to suit liberals are applied. I believe such rights were never reserved for those who seek the destruction of this republic and either plan and/or act upon it. I am not a Constitutional scholar, like our President is purported to be, I don’t believe such picking and choosing is CONSTITUTIONALLY APPROPRIATE nor was it the intent of the framers of this great country. In the case of the Navy SEALS, I would respectfully ask you to monitor this matter to insure the Constitutional protections of our country’s sacred document is applied equally to our country’s representatives, the SEALS, and the weight of a NON-CITIZEN ALLEGED THUG be carefully assessed. The term “terrorist” gives these idiots too much credit. Quite simply they are THUGS. Also as my representative, I ask you carefully monitor those judicial proceedings in New York City bearing in mind the intent of the framers and who has ATTACKED our country! Please remind those who have forgotten that “We The People” in 1776 MEANT “WE THE CITIZENS”.

Obama didn’t cause the mess we are dealing with today; this has been going on for decades. He is just the blow torch for the Progressive agenda which I think is good for the country. When I would hear how Medicare has the lowest administration costs I would always think then why shouldn’t everyone be on Medicare ect. As time has gone by I have grown older and much wiser to the game and have learned how they pick and choose what to use and say and what to report and how to report it. I grew up under Reagan and I served under him when I was in the military so as time has gone from searching for a woman and working to pay for the bar bills I started to pay attention to politics and myh foundation came from Reagan. My father is a Democrat, but he really is an old school Democrat but still he falls for the media distortions. I always say to him if I can pick it apart with just pure common sense logic then one should investigate it a lot more and not trust it until confirmed and to recognize that most of the Media has an agenda. We need an honest non ideology Media doing the job they should be doing to keep the government honest.

Next it exposes our education system for the failure that it is and why politics should NEVER be allowed in the classroom. Young minds are so easy to shape and the liberals have been doing it for years. Civics should be a required subject that ranks along side Math and True Science (not Al Gore’s version of Science) Multiculturalism should be dragged out of the school and hanged until dead!

I could go on and on but I did say this would be good for country. Once Republicans take power they should put the brakes on and concentrate on dismantling the system and setting up new firewalls to protect the Constitution. I think all 10 of Levin’s proposals on how to fix the government will be a good beginning. Nothing else should be done in Washington until the new system is in place and the government is truly held accountable. No more Congress investigating itself, no more Attorney Generals turning a blind eye to flagrant criminals ect, No more Judicial activists and for God’s sake no more Administration people making laws via regulation. The EPA is turning into a terrorist agency of the first order and most likely will be first order before Obama is sent packing. I think the founding fathers originally made the right decision when they chose not to allow recalling Senators back in the day but today we have a much more educated population and many different ways to keep track of our Senators doings and we need to make these Senators start representing us instead of their ideology, Mary Landfill from LA is a perfect example. I think all elected people should be held to a higher standard and if found they are misrepresenting things on purpose or ethically challenged they should be removed immediately. EVERYTHING that isn’t related to national security ect should be open to the public so to stop this closed door policy making ect. Finally any Republican that compromises with these dangerous Liberal policies should be primary out of office and replaced with a person who is willing to effect the changes this country needs before we have a second Civil War.
