My Dad’s got Dementia. He’s in a nursing home, surrounded by professional caregivers 24/7, confined to a wheelchair and about 50 of the time is unable to recognize his wife (my mom) and about 90% of the time doesn’t know his own son (that would be me).

Good ol’ Governor Charlie on the other hand knows what he’s doing and thinks he can get away with it all because the GOP and NRSC are behind him, because they’re all part of the “change” problem too.

As far as waffles goes, I don’t know a thing about the man’s diet, but I want to stay away from whatever is causing him to physically emulate George Hamilton.

The fact that he can’t keep track of his lies is his undoing. He doesn’t even bother with the “misquoted”, “taken out of context”, or “statue of limitations has expired” Clintonian song-and-dance. I wonder if he has less of conscience than Clinton, then? What is becoming more and more clear is that Crist is not the right man for the seat. When the primary comes around, Rubio might just bury him. Everything Crist says on the stimulus is one huge albatross around his neck.

please. I just sent him a little more today. Oh, how I wish I could do more; but, I felt compelled to send a little to Michele Bachmann, too. (Bless her heart for sending out a call to action a week ago.) We need a couple hundred more like Bachmann and Rubio to speak up for conservative PRINCIPLES in D.C. Even if there are some Republicans now serving in D.C., they are far too quiet. We cannot get this country back on track without many more LOUD voices. They need to be totally convicted to conservative principles and to NEVER follow the likes of McCain, Graham and so many others. I’m weary of all of those who think they need to “reach across the aisle.” It has never worked for the good of the country; and, I doubt it will work in the near future. When the libs focus on THEIR AGENDA, they don’t give a hoot about even considering a more moderate or conservative component. So, why do we allow them to dilute our principles?

Others might think that it is not the “offence” (if such it be), but the cover up; nay, futher, it is the willingness to use another, and a venerable estate established by the self-existing One, to cloak his true self, that renders him untrustworthy (rather than the “offence” itself).

Romney wanted (uninformed) Christians to think that Mormons agree with Christian dogma, i.e., that MORMONS believe that Christ Jesus, the Son of the Living God, the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity, is consubstantial with The Father, is the uncreated Creator, self-existent, possessing life in Himself, that He is God in Himself. Of course Mormons believe no such thing, they deny it.

Romney, judged US, and found US wanting, and having judged US, he determined to engage in deception.

It’s not the “offence”, it’s the cover-up.

When you lie about saying something when you’ve been recorded on tape saying it, people need to give real pause about voting for this man. How many times will the Democrats be able to use that against Charlie in a campaign?? Remember Kerry being for it before he was against it? He looked like an idiot, and so will Charlie Crist.

If the RNSC has not learned their lesson after blindly supporting Dede Scozzafava, then We The People should cut them off financially and send our $ directly to Rubio. Money is the one thing that you can count on to get someone’s attention, and the RNSC is no different. Bankrupt them.

They are not dispirited. In their minds(and mine), they won a victory. They have energy and now they need a place to put it. Florida here they come. The NY-23 race was not the end of the insurgency, it was just the starting line.

Understand too, most of these people want a revitalized, conservative GOP, and that’s where they will put their energy, and it will be a holy smackdown. More on this as I continue my NY-23 After Action Review.

Neither the White House or the Florida Republican Party should bet against a strong principled conservative. This conservatism sweeping the country will continue to blossom as alas, the Democrats simply can’t help themselves. As for moderate Republicans. Hopefully someday that term will be what it always should have been, an oxymoron.

Actually, after a little thought, maybe the WH is just passing out retribution to Crist with no other strategy attached. Rahm had a little temper tantrum, perhaps?

And this smear of Crist cannot be abided by! Governor Crist has been totally consistent!!!

He was FOR it when it was popular, but then he was AGAINST it when it was unpopular. He is FOR it in Alachua county, where it is popular, but he will be AGAINST it throughout the remaining primary (except in Palm Beach County, where he will be for it). He will be FOR it if he gets the chance to battle Meek, but he will be AGAINST it if Obama’s approval hits below 30%. Right until he gets to the Senate…

Crist has never, ever, waffled on his view that Republicans, and voters in general, are too dumb to be reasoned with on such complex matters and deserve to be lied to. He has been totally consistent.

Link to Politico article from yesterday. With Crist out of the way, I think the WH is banking on Marco Rubio losing to the Dem.

However, I believe they have squandered their biggest base of voters by pushing Pelosicare: OLD PEOPLE. Don’t know how the Dem will get around that fact.

If the man cannot remember what spin he spun a mere 2 days ago, he is a prime candidate to forget a) that he is a Republican and should vote like one, and b) the voters that got him there in the first place.

Do we really need any more of these? Have we not reached our limit in Washington of Repubs with the spine of a wet noodle?

Crist is an eclair – pretty on the outside, but nothing but fluff in the middle. But if he gets elected to the Senate, he could look very good to a presidential candidate wanting balance on a ticket. The time to stop this from happening is now.
