I haven’t been a RedStater very long but am enjoying the activities immensely. The fact that you have EVERYONE in both parties watching over their shoulders gives me great solice. Where is RedState going to show up next has them nervous and getting them timid. I have always been considered a rabble rouser but without direction but that has changed. RedState and the contributors here have awoken a spirit in America that has been missing for a very long time. Thank you Erick and Thank you all!

The Video was on Fox News last night. Steve Brown interviewed Charlie Crist.

Crist was asked other questions and he did answer them.

I believe Charlie doesn’t understand what a conservative is.

I participated in the telecon last night, and it was great. I’m spreading the word about the Senate Conservatives Fund to everyone I know. If we all stand together (and get the RINOs to stop blocking us), we can make a huge change in 2010. Everyone needs to realize that these guys cannot run a competitive campaign without your dollars. It doesn’t have to be a huge amount. It just needs to be something.

Here in Arizona, we have some sort of “clean elections” law that allows someone who wants to run for the state legislature to gather $5 donations. After a certain number of donations is achieved, they become eligible for a state subsidy to further fund their campaign.

Bad, bad idea.

So, if the government is paying for the candidates campaign, according to the “logic” of the separation-of-church-and-state advocates, would not public prayer by the candidate be forbidden?

Just saying.
