Chicago Tribune questioning stimulus job numbers

For MANY school districts in Illinois, the Obama Administration is reporting more jobs saved than even exist in those districts. On the other hand, the Administration is reporting 0 jobs saved for Chicago Public Schools.
For once, I commend the Trib for actually doing some digging into the numbers.
