8 Reasons Fox Is Not a News Organization

PR for the GOP? Yes. Platform for right-wing hatemongers? Definitely. But a news organization? Definitely not.

The e-mail wasn't worth the bandwidth used to send it. nt

Don’t leave the party, hijack it back!

The only poll that counts is the one at the ballot box.

I don’t want to be Reagan. I want to be a Chance/Soros hybrid.

He's right. I'm a hater.

I hate ACORN, the SEIU, the ACLU, the NEA, La Raza, LULAC, and the entire alphabet soup of Marxist front groups.

“In questions of power, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” – Thomas Jefferson

“I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.” – James Madison

Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience.” — John Locke, 1690

You really have to ask yourself why they sent this.

Do they think that if they can just show you Leftist Propaganda, they can change your mind? Not likely, as I don’t take Acorn to be the kind of organization that relies on that as a strategy.

Was this just some sort of lefty snark? Also unlikely, as there was no childish taunting attached.

I’d say I’m confused as to their reasoning, but these are the people who still think that Conservatives pushed Welfare Reform because we hate poor people. This sort of stuff is expected.

Socialism is Oligarchy in disguise

Here's why IMHO

He just wanted to show that he can use his taxpayer-supplemented salary and ACORN’s taxpayer-supplemented equipment to tell the people supplying those taxpayer dollars to go screw themselves.

He's still a little pissed.....

about that ACORN/prostitution/child sex slave/ human trafficking/ tax cheat sting that was successful again and again and again…….

Ha Ha!

Follow me on Twitter.

Heh. I'd much rather be a right-wing hatemonger

Bill S (Diary) Sunday, October 25th at 11:43PM EST (link)

than a left-wing race-baiting, pedophile-loving, Marxist/Socialist/Communist, terrorist-embracing, anti-American extremist.

But that’s just me.

ACORN: Put your mouth where the money is

I spent 2004 and part of 2005 in Florida, where I sometimes caught a radio broadcast from Atlanta (not available as far as I know in Illinois). One particular talk show, hosted I believe by Neal Boortz, had (and has as far as I know) a standing offer of Ten Big Ones (that’s Ten Grand or $10,000 to those who don’t speak Cicero-ese) to anyone who can demonstrate a Fox News (news, not opinion or commentary shows) program giving false or distorted news reports.

The offer had at that time been “standing” for some years, no takers. Now, even in good economic times, Ten Grand is a nice little chunk of change — yet no one could, nor can, furnish specific evidence of “faux on Fox” to collect it.

I must reluctantly conclude that those who accuse Fox of of being “not a news organization” either have never watched a Fox news – news broadcast and so just don’t know what they’re talking about but are regurgitating what they’ve heard from leftist hate-mongers, OR they are, themselves, just bald-faced liars.

If I’m wrong — go get the money.

Number 2, I think.

Talked about having to scratch their heads to come up with an analogous left-wing group. Perhaps someone should remind them of all the protests and disruptions that were committed during the Bush administration.

It's funny hearing this bunch

accuse anyone of astroturfing. Leftists practically invented the rent-a-mob. And how many pictures did we see of big yellow buses bringing loads of old folks to town hall meetings to oppose Obamacare?

Oh that’s right — none.

What we saw were fleets of buses carting in SEIU thugs to intimidate or beat up anyone who opposed the party line.

And that bit in the linked article about Glenn Beck being able to scare up an astroturf crowd at a moment’s notice. Puhleeeze

What universe are these clowns living in?

BTW. To ACORN, etc. I figured out Obama was a communist and a racist long before anyone on FOX mentioned it. You figure that since you need Katie Couric to tell you what to think, we need need someone to do our thinking too.

Sorry. I was opposed to socialism long before there was any such thing as right-wing talk radio, much less Fox. Remember, the leftists controlled all media outlets for decades. I guess it’s just strange for them to actually hear a conservative opinion given above a whisper.

Fascists.
