Art,

You might have to explain the shouting part. CAPITALS are a way of SHOUTING on the Internet.

Posting excessively long comments in the titles is something else all together.

Violation of Our Civil Liberty and Rights under the Constitution of the United States of America!

Dear Senator, Congressman, Oversight Committee, Judicial and Homeland Security, Please Respond in Writing, and On the Floor of Both Houses of the Congress, and Senate the Reason and Justification for this Egregious Usurpation of our Sovereignty?

IT; was brought to My attention that On Dec. 16th, in the dead of night, no press, President Obama signed order giving INTERPOL immunity in the USA and giving them Authority to act with homeland security-- guess who's coming to dinner?

Executive Order 12425 - INTERPOL now has immunity and impunity to function inside our country starting to get the picture now?
Guess who is coming to your doorstep with the DHS.

EO: AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges,
exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

Here's the text of 2(c), which this EO now has applying to INTERPOL:

(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held,
Shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation.
The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.

An INTERPOL branch in the US now cannot be searched; its files are not subject to legal subpoena nor discovery.
If any branch of government wants to keep documents out of the hands of the court system, just hand them over to INTERPOL until the smoke clears.
INTERPOL will now be able to maintain files on US citizens.

By this EO, Obama has conferred diplomatic immunity upon INTERPOL, exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement,
Exemption from US taxes, and immunity from FOIA requests, etc.

Obama just declared INTERPOL records immune from search and seizure -- "The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable."

Does INTERPOL have a file on Obama -- on his associations?

Gentlemen I would ask that you please look into why we need this organization doing business of such a nature in our Country.

If EVER "WE THE PEOPLE" Needed Our States Representative to ACT FOR US, This Sir Is the TIME! I Urge you to Remember, the Tenth Amendment to OUR State Sovereignty!

Propose Legislation in Our State to Reject this Unconstitutional Takeover of Our Rights, Liberties and Pursuit of Happiness that Violates Our Civil Rights, and Takes away our Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, and Freedom from Tyranny!

Sir's,
Remember; the Constitution?
Remember;
"Why" It was Written over 200 Years Ago?

These were the Actions, That Sparked the Fire of Revolution;
The straw that broke the Founding Fathers' backs. Not Just the TEA PARTY!

The Intolerable Acts of 1774. When you listen to this stuff, these intolerable acts, this is the stuff that broke the camel's back for the founders.

This makes what's happening today seem like child's play.

"The British government responded by passing several Acts which came to be known as the Intolerable Acts, which further darkened colonial opinion towards the British.

They consisted of four laws enacted by the British parliament.
The first was the Massachusetts Government Act, which altered the Massachusetts charter and restricted town meetings."
That ticked them off.
That's why freedom to associate is in the Constitution, because it was restricted.

"The second Act, the Administration of Justice Act, ordered that all British soldiers to be tried were to be arraigned in Britain, not in the colonies.
" That ticked 'em off.

"The third Act was the Boston Port Act, which closed the port of Boston until the British had been compensated for the tea lost in the Boston Tea Party (the British never received such a payment)." That ticked them off.

"The fourth Act was the Quartering Act of 1774, which allowed royal governors to house British troops in the homes of citizens without requiring permission of the owner."

Those were the four things that sent Founding Fathers over the edge.

They already escaped for freedom of religion. So that was already in the deck. Now, these things seem like child's play compared to what is happening today.

Your Support for the Repeal, and Outrage For this EO Mr. Obama Just Signed, And Propose For the Citizens of TENNESSEE, Legislation That;
"Will" Give US "WE THE PEOPLE" of Tennessee Back our Constitutional Rights, UNALIENABLE! BY GOD! And Protected By this Document!
You Swore to Uphold!

If you Will Not do it In the Senate in Washington, Then We the People Demand, Our State to Represent US in Tennessee!

The real way to resist DC is not by begging politicians and judges in Washington to allow us to exercise our rights…it’s to exercise our rights whether they want to give us “permission” to or not.

NULLIFICATION - STATE-LEVEL RESISTANCE TO UNCONSTITUTIONAL,
FEDERAL LAWS - "IS THE WAY FORWARD!"

I Submit to You Sir, This Outrageous Law by Fiat Accompli,
( IS ) "UNCONSTITUTIONAL" - and Against Our Rights!

It Takes away “Our Civil Rights to Redress”, and “Justice”, Just as The British King George, Did in 1774!

I Demand, My Rights, and Swore My Oath to Defend the Constitution From “ALL ENEMIES” FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC! October 21st 1968!

The Action's, of this Sitting President Violate MY Rights, and Every Citizen in AMERICA! Whether it is the Unconstitutional Mandates, on Health Scam, or the Cap and Trap, This One; “Added Insult to Injury to the Rest? Ice's the Cake. And "Freezes my Soul" in "Fear" for this Country!

If this Action along with the Birth Certificate Issue Is Not Reason for “Impeachment”, Maybe “TREASON” to the Constitution and Oath of Office “IS”!!

It is Not Too Late for you To Act on Your Oaths of Office to Declare Your Oath as Sacrosanct and Inviolable as Mine Sir!

My thanks to Erick for his declaration ( http://bit.ly/1v3PYo) in my Congressional run in TN. The "Deeper Shade of Red" in TN has resulted from consistent conservativism while unfashionable (2008) and fashionable (now).

This is the election cycle for conservatives to make up for ground lost while "compromising" with Democrats.

Let's keep our focus and win!

since it follows the leftist designs. I know that if I drive though it, I'm going to be going slow. Leftistism seems to be confined to Austin proper and not the outlying Rural Travis County. If you really want to see a leftist cesspool in Texas, go down to the Rio Grande Valley. Major problems.

they really need to finish that thing, though. It took me 1.5 hrs to commute just one way from Katy to teh Med Ctr. Even the opening of the Westpark Tollway didnt really help much, because its so far south that you have to fight traffic on Highway 6 just to get down there.

Actually I'd settle for commuter rail along the new I-10 corridor. That would be enough reason to lure me back to Houston right there.

If you havent seen christof's blog about Houston commuting, check it out:

and pretty at times. Memphis has a much better road system than Austin(I hated driving to Austin when I worked as a Temp at Dell). Austin can be nice if you forget Hippie Hollow.

BTW, I don't particularly care for the Carpet baggers either and do prefer the way it was before they came.

Lord knows the carpetbaggers don't make it easy, but fortunately they tend to congregate in the cities and ruin those areas. Out here in the country, life is lived a little closer to the bone and they don't find that comfy enough.

We'll swap you Memphis for Austin. Any takers?

and that's all. I do notice that she and my congresscritter(Ted Poe) do seem to vote alike and both are conservative. I wouldn't get mad over some votes unless they were simply egregious. BTW, the title and the rest of the post was snarky(Super snarky).

Especially if they come from blue states. Texas aint paradise but it's pretty close. We don't need a lot of people who want to "improve" it.

Jim my Democrat Fair Tax friend. You can have Marsha. What is the difference between a tax and spend Republican like Marsha and a tax and spend Democrat like Bart? 500 Billion?
So Marsha will spend less but she is still spending. and spending .... and spending...
I want someone that will represent me by sticking to their oath to the constitituion. Jim, you may not care that your representative votedfor the Bridge to Nowhere, but it is votes like that that add up. She came into office after 2002, ( i voted for her that only time, as she did help with the state incometax) but after her first term I saw that she was just another GOP Stooge. and she has not failed me in that respect.
She is not only the queen of pork, she wants to take our liberty, and our freedoms. just go look at her votes.

I washed my hands of Alexander during Shamnesty last year.

Ramsay isn't the greatest thing, either, guys. He's done some things in his job as Lt. Gov that I'm not happy with but I guess we could do worse in the long run. Given the other choices, it can't be absolutely terrible, can it?

Richard Mullins, do you believe Marsha Blackburn is a conservative?

What conservatives do you admire in Tenenssee?

Do you want Marsha to have a primary opponent?

Do you oppose her attempt to win the GOP nomination in 2002 win she first ran for Congress?
