Why do you ban anyone that posts a comment that you don’t like? Nobody else does that, not even the most liberal sites. banning someone is reserved for extreme cases, but to you its used as an everyday tool. You trumpet out the constitution all day and night but you don’t even allow free speech on your own website. What? You don’t agree with the first amendment? Did you ever notice how its always the same people commenting that are saying the same things over and over? And that sites with less traffic than you have at least double the amount of comments that you do? That’s not a forum or even remotely a debate, its just propaganda.
So you’re all for freedom except on your website? This is why you’re losing and are going to continue to lose. Less and less people believe your bulls**t so instead of coming clean and trying to face facts or having real debates you just silence your opposition in any place you have control of and crank up the bulls**t for your dwindling followers.

Our framers never intended to say that people can say whatever they want where ever they feel like it. What they did intend was for the GOVERNMENT (hence the Amendment stating “Congress shall make no law”) from hindering free speech. I don’t have a right to go into this moron’s home and stand there and scream and speak and if he asked me to stop Congress wouldn’t be prohibiting my speech. It never ceases to amaze me the number of people who swear that their Constitutional rights are being violated and yet have never read the Constitution and have no idea what it says. Its just a simple catch phrase the left likes to use that allows them to keep from having to think and allows them to attempt to beat people into submission with made up logic.

I don’t know who is who very well: there are lots and lots of new faces here, at least 2/3rds of the User Diaries are usernames I don’t recall. That’s after approximately a 4-5 month hiatus from posting regularly, and I was suprised by it.
In this thread alone, I don’t recognize 3 people very well, and that’s after a relatively short span of time that I wasn’t reading RedState every day.

The First Amendment only protects you from government placing you in jail for your speech.
It doesn’t protect you from an employer firing you, a friend dis-inviting you to their house, it doesn’t protect you from being suspended at school, and it doesn’t protect you from being banned on a website.
Try educating yourself with something other than the worthless Wikipedia.
