An old man passes away and makes it through the pearly gates of Heaven and sees St. Peter. Behind St Peter are millions of clocks hanging on the big wall behind him. The old man asked out of curiosity, “What are all those clocks on the wall for”? St. Peter proceeds to tell him that everyone on earth has a clock of their own and that each time they tell a lie, a second ticks off their clock. OK the old man said as he understood. St. Peter said, do you see that clock in the upper right hand corner… It belongs to the Pope and there are 5 seconds ticked off of it. The one next to it belonged to the Reverend Billy Graham and there are 10 seconds ticked off of it. As the old man was a “Yellow Dog Democrat” from the bible belt of Texas he was curious to see his President Obama’s clock….So he proceeded to ask where on the wall was the Presidents clock? St. Peter told him that it was no longer on that wall and that they had moved it down to the basement where they now used it as a ceiling fan!

Now see, you don’t have to make everything sooo political and can still get your point across when it comes to the truths our politicians tell us or don’t tell us. At this rate, Hell will be air conditioned by the time this President, House and Senate go on to their eternal life.

So we now have a President that can actually read the words correctly off a teleprompter? That’s an improvement right there…

So is it true that Joe the Congressman, who in his remarks after his “you lie” statement, said that he had been an immigration attorney, apparently left no evidence behind that he ever even handled one immigration case?

A “gotcha.” Hmmm.

Do insurance companies seem like big, heartless, money-grubbing, penny-pinching behemoths? They do to me too.

However, as always, the reason they have become so apparently discompassionate and parsimonious is, you guessed it, gubmint interference in the healthcare system.

Hospitals MUST care for homeless and uninsured (illegals) by law. Since hospitals are not banks, how do they actually PAY for this warm slice of Utopia? By shifting the costs to those who have provided for their own care, usually in the form of HEALTH INSURANCE (sorry for all the capitals.) Ever wonder why aspirins cost five dollars each?

Same thing with physicians. Medicare and Medicaid do not reimburse doctors for their costs, so, guess where the difference is made up? If you said sticking it to insurance companies, go to the head of the class.

And when gubmint requires companies to cover all kinds of exotic (and expensive) conditions, who pays? Again, dear reader, you do, in the form of higher premiums, strict regulations, slow insurance pay-offs, etc, etc, etc.

So, in order to survive, insurance companies have had to become seemingly heartless “no” machines. Just another example of how the leftie/liberal view of the world is based on childish emotionality and feel-good fantasies about how everything should always work perfectly and w/o the restraints of human nature involved.

When oh when will Americans wake the h**l up and realize that it’s not going to happen on this earth anytime soon?

And you can plug any stupid liberal idea into the formula and get the same result: everybody cannot go to college; everybody cannot own a home; everybody cannot make $100 per hour minimum; everybody cannot own a new car, everybody cannot, well, you get the idea…
