I voted for Pat Toomey in 2004 in the Republican primary. He almost won. Hopefully, the second time is the charm.

I agree that Cheilyn Eagar would be a good choice for Senate from Utah.

I like how you can donate to each individually, but it would be nice to have a button that say "Donate to All" that takes your donation and splits it 4 ways.

It is often a problem that we split the conservative vote in a primary and then elect a less than steller guy (van hilleary vs Ed Bryant in Tenn. we got corker). However, we need to pay attention to Utah. If Bennett were from New York I would be fine with leaving him, but Utah?? We should have 2 DeMint's from there.

We need Bennett out, and this primary may be more competitive than Florida or California.

However, after doing a bit of research, the problem here is that we have two seemingly strong conservatives (James Williams and Cherilyn Eagar) running against a conservative moderate (Mark Shurtleff) to challenge our beloved Sen. Bennett. I don't know anything about Tim Bridgewater, but he may also draw conservative votes.

Conservatives need to get behind one of these candidates (Eagar seems a good choice) and urge the others out. We can't afford to give Bennett a free-ride for another six years.

The widget says it was designed by Chuck DeVore's campaign. Do the other candidates get an equal cut?

I feel like this is no different than when the NRSC tries to shove a candidate down Republican's throats. Rather than donating to a group, I prefer to donate to individual candidates.

In addition to the abovementioned, there is also a race in Utah. Utah is way too conservative a state to waste on a big government RINO hack like Bennett. Cherilyn Eager is a conservative running against him in a primary. http://www.eagarforsenate.com/index.php
I think it is worthwhile to take a look at that race as well.
