Lucas Smith Affidavit now filed with the US District Court – Obama Kenyan BC

As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.

This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgment. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.

When Judge Carter in Santa Ana CA was first presented with this case, he didn’t mock anyone, call it frivilous, or dismiss it. He said he understands the importance of Constitutional eligibility. He told everyone to be present in his chambers on September 8, 2009 at 8:00AM Pacific Time, and to have their papers in order. He is a former Marine.

The comparisson between the truthers and birthers, is nothing but an attempt to discredit people who know he is not Natural Born. I don’t believe for a minute, that GWB had any involvement with people flying planes into buildings, killing thousands of people. I do believe, especially with his questionable behavior, and pattern of lying, that it is entirely plausible, that he is lying about a simple document. One that shows he is not Natural Born, as he says he is.

The ‘birther’, who are the ‘dualers’ now ( they are challengers of Obama’s dual citizenship rather than Obama’s birthright.) have been asking this question for a year. The rampant corruption at all levels of government and the biased msm have been doing everything in their powers to prevent the ‘dualers’ from getting the answer.
However, the ‘dualers’ relentless efforts have cracked the great wall of silence in the media spaces, at congress and in the general population.

In the case of the two Presidents, one thesis clearly fails. The other one fails too, but you have to think about it.

*BHO, Sr maintained his own address in Hawaii while the address in Junior’s newspaper birth announcements was the Dunhams’.

The Constitution necessarily does not provide a means to execute many of the powers it divides up. The fact that the words “birth certificate” are not in there does not make the NBC requirement moot.

Personally, my hope is to hear the words “former President Obama” after 2012. That’s only going to happen if more people vote for the other candidate. I don’t care WHY they vote for someone else. So, treating birthers like ignorant lepers might not keep them on our side.
