When is the GOP going to combat the media bias with a savvy media strategy of out own? Are they going to let this be another “Macaca” moment?

That’s an excellent point…they have an editorial today that isn’t about The Thesis, but is still decidedly anti-McDonnell…

These guys are little better than the NY Times. They did it to Bush, to McCain, to Allen, to Kilgore, tried to do it to Cuccinelli, and are now trying it against McDonnell. Everyday a cheap puff piece for a Democrat or a cheap hack job on a Republican.

Overlooking Van Jones is just another in a long string for them – they overlooked dozens of stories on Obama to protect him, puffed Kerry and Gore. Gore they treated with saintly reverence. Just look at how they overlooked the pornographic writings of now Senator Webb (50.1-49 over Allen).

The Examiner is a good alternative, but the GOP needs its own partisan voice in D.C. and other major cities. Can you imagine the political landscape if we could more effectively get our messages out in D.C., NY, Chicago, L.A. and Seattle? There is no reason Illinois, California and Washington should not be red states.

Looking at its market demographic, obviously excluding the illiterate detrius of the DC school system, the majority of its market is ultra-liberal, Democrat zombies and those media butt kissers(see “John McCain”), nominally associated with the Republican Party. Its minority demographic is composed of puppies, parrots and dead fish.

The rest of us just have to wonder about what level of Hell is being reserved for its “journalists”.

Maybe the Creigh Deeds campaign has paid the WP for all of these stories.

I know the media has barely touched on Van Jones, if at all. At least Fox News, ABC’s Tapper, Politico, breitbart tv, Yahoo and maybe some others have mentioned the story. Well, once they do, they MUST start looking at the rest of the czars. And as we know at Redstate, there are some crazies that the Obama Administration has hired. If the media does not start looking into the other czars, assuming they report on Van Jones, without a doubt, they must RACIST. With that stigma, maybe they won’t have a choice but to look at the other nutty czars Obama has surrounded himself with. Well, I won’t hold my breath.

Well, it looks like WaPo was feeling the heat a little bit and finally has a story on Van Jones. In response to my email query Alexander sent me the following link to a story which apparently just came out today:

in the Obama administration? No problem, not a squeak, just don’t call The O a socialist.
On the bright side, at least the lowlifes in the media, the Democrat party, and the WH, are now finally showing their real selves when they can least afford it.
The word will get out on Jones, it’s a much more receptive America then it was last November.

The print and television MSM have ignored the Jones story completely. FNC has been the only one on this story.

The MSM will stay quiet about Jones as they do not want to step all over the healthcare debate as they did with the townhall coverage.

IF Jones is still around Tuesday after the holiday, it will be up to Congressional Republicans to raise a stink that will force the MSM to quit running interference for Obama.

My bet is: Jones resigns probably Sunday night with little coverage, and the MSM will treat him like a hallucination that was never there.

It was only a short time ago that the MSM couldn’t get enough of the “birthers.” The idea that B.O. wasn’t born here was so outrageous to them that it warranted investigations, questions to Republican Congressman and all around mocking.
Now we have someone in the government, responsible for billions in tax dollars who is a so called truther. This is a person who believes that the federal government, specifically George Bush, was complicit in the 9/11 attacks. What do we get from the MSM? Silence.
Accuse the president of being a mass murdering traitor, no problem. Just don’t ask to see his birth certificate.

Think about how our world is now, with all that is just crazy and unbelievable happening every day.

Then ask yourself if we had chosen a more conservative direction what would the world be like now?

Would your kids be better educated and safer? Would your taxes be lower? Would your families be better?

Would you see arguments on whether or not insurance should pay for transgendered operations? On TV, during the day, when young kids are watching? (Try to explain that deal to them using muppets!)

Would the criminals be running loose, or worse be advisers to the President? Would we have ever had to learn the many uses of a cigar tube in the Oval office? Would we have states going bankrupt largely due to special interests and liberal agendas?

Would you, if you could, chose the world I described over the mad house we see today for your kids to live in instead of the bizarro world full of anger, rage, and corruption? (And I’m just talking about Congress and the White House!)

Would you?

A false argument made by the left is that it is a good thing to try everything new and not to do it is narrow minded and bigoted.

The truth is this, “Just because you can, doesn’t always mean you should.” Sometimes it is just a bad idea.

The irony of the article, written by a reporter who wasn’t trying to be cute, but simply reporting the conditions as they are in that country, is so thick you could use a knife to cut it.

We get exhausted here trying to battle those who say if we resist anything the left offers up that we are “intolerant and bigoted.” Well if that prevents what happens in the UK from happening here, sign me up and call me Archie Bunker. We are constantly attacked and laughed at by the likes of Couric and Matthews, and called Nazis by politicians with the stripes of Pelosi and Durbin. We watch as the MSM representatives attack men like McDonnell who asked a question twenty years ago that directly highlights what is happening today.

It is tiring and I get it, but the alternative is letting our nation become a walking and talking example of a carnival freak show. Which would suit the gay marchers in San Fran, I get that, but I think destroys the very fiber of a nation.

Just read the article and take the time to list all of the absurdities you find there. For example:

1. A convicted killer and rapist can sue the government for his right to be called a woman and take government funded treatments in order to become one.
2. That is is an accepted concept, by LAW, that this is normal and should be tolerated.
3. That the doctors won’t do the surgery, not because it is bizarre, but because the man/woman, by law has to “live the life” of a woman,
4. Which means he/she must be transferred to a woman’s prison (he/she is after all a murderer and rapist) so she qualifies as “living the life”.
5.She has served her somewhat short term for murder but is “frustrated” about her condition, which makes her a danger to society and preventing release
6. And part of the argument she is using is that her situation is a violation of the EU laws, which the UK must adhere to.
7 And, because of universal healthcare, the taxpayer must fund it ALL!

Maybe McDonnell was on to something, and maybe the WP should read this before jumping off that PC cliff with the rest of the freak show.
