Then every single person in the executive branch that came in from Noon on 20 January and after should be handcuffed and frog-marched right through the front door of The White House into a waiting perp van.

I’m serious.

I’m betting not one person involved in this administration thinks for even a micro-second about if what they’re doing is legal or otherwise.

Given Obamacare passes, and I hope that it doesn’t, Washington Post indicates Obamacare is evidently not going to kick in until 2013. (So why the rush now?) Is the reason for this delay the following?

Given that taxpayers aren’t going to be robbed by Obamacare until after 2013, is Obama giving himself a better chance on being a two term president by delaying Obamacare?

The only reason that people are scared of Obama is because they don’t know the Constitution and its history. Otherwise, people could tell the snitchers to tell Obama the following. Given that the federal Constitution is silent about public healthcare, the 10th A. automatically reserves government power to regulate and lay taxes for healthcare to the states, not the Oval Office and Congress. So with respect to the Stimulus Package and Obamacare, Obama and Congress are in contempt of their oaths to defend the Constitution.

Actually, neither Obama or Congress really care about people’s health, IMO. The Stimulus Package and Obamacare are merely diversions to the ongoing heist of the US Treasury by the Democratic elite. This is evidenced by the “nonexistent” earmarks in these spending programs.

Everyone complained that the No Fly list was secret with no way to know how your name got on the list and no procedure getting off.

This list will be worse. You won’t even know the list exists. There is no appeal to be removed. And everyone will be on for merely exercising not only Free Speech, but the right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances.

Hmm, anyone got the filing fee for a lawsuit? I’m admitted to Fed Court in Maryland.

You can’t believe a thing coming out of Linda Douglas, obamas’ issuer of disinformation(lies) for the obama adminstration. I heard and seen what obama wants to do with no editing Linda. Maybe Linda you should take a refresher course in telling lies and telling the truth.

Enforce Immigration Laws on the books already.
With the combination of the 2, Tort Reform and Enforcing Immiigration Laws would reduce Healthcare costs 30% to 60%.
This would happen by lowered malpracice insurance costs both in what is charged to Doctors and Hospitals because of the slippery fall lawyers and we would get Healthcare out of the emergency room for all the illegals.

I really don’t believe your lies obama, I heard and saw you in the AFL_CIO meeting propagating your foney fraudulent healthcare myself. Now Linda Douglas before you put out anymore of your lying obama disinformation, you better have figure out we don’t like LIARS nor gull darn LIARS
