This is terrible.

Something like this happened on July 4th. A group of black teenagers attacked a White man in Ohio while screaming “This our world, this is a black world!”

Guess what? Police didn’t consider it a “hate” crime”.

It is a senseless act, potentially deadly, motivated by a racism.
Having said that, I have a gutt inclination on stories like this to think of that girl who carved a backwards “B” on her face.

This is clearly a case for the Civil Rights division of the United States Attorney General to investigate. That would be John E. Murphy, acting AG for the Western District of Texas.

I somehow doubt this is a “teachable moment” to the Obama….so NEVER MIND.

Who knows, maybe John Cornyn or Kay Bailey Hutchison will demand an investigation.

Equal protection under the law? Can this eventually end up before the Supreme Court?

When are the people going to stand up for the violation of the rights of white people, or any other group that is not in the leftist’s camp? What are they going to do when it is a Black on Asian crime, or Latino on Black? Just like they can attack Christianity and even Judaism, but it is all PC when it comes to Islam. In this country, no religion or race should be afforded any more value than any others.

It is evil what they are pulling off.

and states the clear meaning of these passages and expresses his faithful observance and belief in the truth of these passages, there is no guarantee that this pastor couldn’t be hauled in and sentenced for hate crimes should a gay congregant be listening to the serman and files a hate crimes complaint because he was offended.

The only thing left for them to do is to build the Soviet Gulags and the NAZI reeducation camps!

Justice is supposed to be and has always been intended to be in America, blind not only for social status but also for race, creed, gender and even sexual orientation.

When we confuse that simple truth, we all lose and expose ourselves to the whims of politics and the passions of the mob in the administration of justice!

Art Aceavetio has brought his California Dreaming thought processing with him. He has had and will continue to have problems with East vs the rest of Austin. This goes back 60 years and continues–just as it does in every other large city in the US. Yet President Barry O. sees a hate crime with Gates and nothing in the Austin case. Nothing more clearly shows his own bias than these two cases.
