There are several things to wait and see. One would be the so-called gas pipeline. It will be interesting to see what happens with that. And then there’s those pesky Yahoo emails.

I think she can raise a bunch of money for Republicans. And draw some crowds. Those are good things. I’m not so sure she’s got much more to off, at this point.

A certain president has shown us that being in roles of leadership isn’t important. Instead, you need to have a book, speaking tours, etc. She’s just freeing herself up so she can compete in the American Idol-style voting that the presidential primaries and race has become.

I haven’t yet digested this yet, but my first thought was it’s a mistake. But I thought of two reasons why this is very good.

1. She will raise a hell of alot of money for conservative Republicans for the 2010 elections, and that is the most important election coming up. Who cares about 2012 at this point. Plus she does a fantastic job of firing up the base. Without her, McCain would’ve lost by much more.

2. She will have the free time to beat back all the garbage that’s been thrown at her, and continues to be. I mean, why the hell do I know about Governor Palin’s daughter’s boyfriend’s Mom?? Ridiculous.

I don’t believe she’s ‘quitting’ for a second. She’s moving forward. Regarding 2012, WHO CARES! 2010 is what’s important now.

Activists Taking Action: Unified Patriots

At first I was like WHAT? Because I received a call “she resigned” and was like WHAT?

Now I have read her transcript and her last tweet on twitter ~ looking forward to kicking Bambi’s tail in 2012 – GO SARAH GO!!!

…because she was getting a bit tired of stuff like this. Being the left’s victim of convenience time and time again gets old after awhile.

..but alas that choice wasn’t on the ballot. Instead we’re expected to mind read. I’ll have to pass because my supply of entrails got cut off last month (forgot to pay my bill, I think).

But I suppose this poll has the merit of providing diversion on a holiday weekend and causing the spilling of lots of electrons on sheer speculations.

The right choice wasn’t in the poll. She is gearing up for 2010. She’ll be campaigning for hundreds of candidates. She can gather crowds and enthusiasm like nobody else. And I bet it won’t be enough for a candidate to have an R after his or her name. She’ll campaign only for real conservatives.
