It was/is all about non-germane policy decisions being rammed through that would otherwise NEVER be able to pass on its own merit! There are still so many Americans that still have NO CLUE how our Government currently works beyond how it was intended to work and are therefore susceptible to the MSM spin BS.

What the Republicans need to do is turn this into a campaign commericial for every seat in the House and those in the Senate up for re-election in 2010. Forget this solidarity crap, that simply won’t happen and means nothing…

I do like DTOM’s idea above about the House R’s Hey, spending their time on the news channels when it comes up for a vote and telling the American people why they’re on the news instead of voting for something they had no say in.
