I wish I had some money to spare, new baby is draining me, but it is a awesome thing to click the refresh on the FP and see that every time Tedisco is closer to his goal of $20,000.00.

Sorry to reply to my own posts, but how does O know the ones getting a bonus are the ones that caused loss? Aren’t companies divided up into divisions? It might be the top perfomers that keep those parts going and providing jobs for many people under them.

Even for something unksilled like a cashier at McDonalds that always asks about an icy cold coke to go with their meal is bring in more revenue and he should be rewarded if his average order is way higher than the other cahsiers and his orders usually includes big profit items like drinks. Anyway It’s totally going to hurt this company if their top performers go. Why doesn’t he seen exceptional performance means more revenue? Why not view it as a success, in the middle of this recession if you work hard and perform you will not only have a job but get a bonus.
