We’re supposed to count votes from dead people, non-existent people, cloned voters, invalid ballots, “they must have meant to vote for” ballots, any and all of them – unless of course they are from servicepeople abroad, in which case they had damn well better dotted every ‘i’ and crossed every ‘t’ properly else theirs will get tossed instantly.
