Just like the API – Africian Press International says it has audio of Michelle Obama so says the LA Times it has “a tape”. I doubt it does. These news organizations do this to boost ratings and sell more papers. Nothing more, nothing less. They will get a weeks worth of airplay and then it won’t matter on Nov. 5th. Want to see “my tape” of aliens landing in my back yard?

Forget the fact that he is a socialist.
Forget the fact that he was a member of a radical racist church.
Forget the fact that he has befriended known terrorists.
Forget the fact that we have little to no record to look back on to judge this man and his policies.

(Well, don’t forget but do not take into consideration for a moment.)

We know that he worked as a community organizer. We know that he served in the IL Senate. We know that he served in the US Senate.

But, here we are ONE WEEK from election night and tidbits of this guy’s background are surfacing. At this point we should not be hearing/seeing/finding out major background information on the man that could very well be President.

I am not shocked at this story…I am shocked that 90% or more of American voters don’t have a deep concern about this story.

Even if he were to be a great President, it is the duty of the American voters to properly interview both candidates and review both resumes and elect the man with the best/most experience and background. Barry Hussein Obama has not been properly interviewed, his resume has too many gaps and for that he cannot be hired for this job.

So this doesn’t look like the most effective way to get the tape out.

i asked them if their integrity might have something to do with lower circulation such as willingly gaming an election by withholding newsworthy video of an unvetted candidate.

i don’t expect a response… but i don’t think them giving me a response short of the video would satisfy me anyway.

when this guy loses the election, it’s quite possible i’ll die laughing at the failure of the Chosen One.

I decided to take a different tack with the LA Times. I pleaded with their need to repair their reputation and circulation numbers with an act of good will. The tape is a primary source in an election year where the truth is hard to discern precisely because of media reticence and bias.

Simply translate it into bullet points and demand BHO and the LA Times explain what they are trying to hide, and demand the tape be released.

He was the poor chap that GW had asked to remove his sunglasses at a press conference. So I have to wonder how he saw the tape.

But the Los Angeles Times will not release the tape. Peter Wallsten, a reporter for the Los Angeles Times has seen the tape.

Once again, Obama “accidentally” lets slip reality. Just like when he told Joe the Plumber “spread the wealth” Obama showed his true (avoiding the obvious, potentially bad taste, pun – let’s just say) Self. Oh what the heck, the true color is RED!

Just like with the 2001 interview (and again with Joe the Plumber) he espoused his true Socialist leanings, he let us know that way back in his book when he stated “I chose my friends carefully” and went on to spell out some of those friends were (direct quote) “MARXIST PROFESSORS.”

Obama has admitted to us that those you associate with are indicative of the direction YOU WILL DEFAULT TO and demonstrates the type of folks he will be relying on when it comes to Policy in any ObamaBinBiden administration. So by Obama’s own words – his associations with Alinski, Ayers, Wright, ACORN, Mazan Asbahi (HAMAS), Rezco, and the latest breaking news of Rashid Khalidi (PLO).

They have nothing to lose – Bush is a lame duck and no one cares what he thinks, Obama is an anti-Israel leftist who supports the enemies of Israel. They should just say “screw it – we have to save ourselves” and bomb the crap out of the Iranians. What are WE gonna do about it? I think they are sending very clear signals to the LA Times that they have it and if they hope to make any money off it, they better release it now. Because if they don’t, they’ll lose money and every shred of reputation they have left.

and I asked why they don’t release the tape, and she said it had been explained in an article (sources) and she actually seemed to agree that the tape was relevant, but, she also agreed that they were short staffed and “everything” there was in decline. I find it amusing that the staffers know what trouble they are in.

Anyway, I confronted her about the governator tape, and she said they didn’t have the tape, but when I confronted her with their own article which stated they had the tape, she said they hadn’t released it (though they did put out a transcript).

Anyway, she did indicate they were getting a lot of heat about this tape, and maybe it’ll get released. The party line over there is they wrote about it in April and there is nothing more to see, just move along…

Perhaps there is nothing on it, and we’ll find that out on Monday.

had any of you even heard of Rashid Khalidi before 3 days ago? Do you know anything about him? (such as that he’s American? Christian? a leading Middle East scholar?)
