I agree. I need lots to read tomorrow at work.
kllyhlls (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 1:33AM EST (link)I’m sure Moe will be hard at it.
Jaded, have you checked out Obama's relationship with Odinga?
Tim_Schieferecke (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 1:51AM EST (link)If all of what Jerome Corsi has been saying is true, Obama is in big, big trouble. Odinga and Obama are buddies. When Odinga lost his election, he incited his people to atrocities including the burning of a church with about 50 people inside. Corsi supposedly has e-mail records to back up his assertion that Obama was still in communication with him even after the atrocities had occurred. If this is true, I don’t think Barry will even be able to hold his Senate seat. Not that he’s ever used it that much anyway.
Tim Schieferecke
Yes, this is big big big
Anteater (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 1:54AM EST (link)After burning a church, Odinga is still contacted by Obama?
There's a site called AfricanPress that has a very good article on his relationship.
Tim_Schieferecke (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 2:00AM EST (link)It’s was the first result that popped up when I entered Obama and Odinga as the search query. There’s even a nice picture of Obama and Odinga together. It seems to be a very credible source and the writing is good. Check it out.
Tim Schieferecke
I am unfamiliar with that relationship BUT...

disanthropic Friday, October 10th at 3:07AM EST (link)I don’t suppose you could cite the conviction of Ayers for a terrorist act, could you? “Guilty until proven innocent” was a founding concept of this country, so I am very curious why a loose association to a person presumed to be a terrorist (whatever that means anymore) if offered as evidence of anything.
I guess me as an undecided can’t make sense of this video clip. I guess I’m supposed to know who the referenced associations are now, or am I just supposed to freak out because some animated text told me scary things?

1) Link Barak Hussein Obama to the FNMA scam and our missing $trillion
and
2) Talk about how the people that took the money should not be allowed to fix the problem
and
3) How John McCain is going to fix things
Ayers does not matter.
People are missing a $trillion dollars.

dbecraft Friday, October 10th at 3:40AM EST (link)you posed previously. If that was really you, then you don’t deserve to post here…
Formally known as Deagle… “Golf is a way of life…”
Fair enough.
disanthropic Friday, October 10th at 4:20AM EST (link)I feel compelled to read up more on Ayers, but that’s me settling my own mind. It’s a bit “Don’t believe everything you hear”, but politics could almost always use a bit more doubt as I see it.
I’m still feeling like there is a lot of push for guilt by association, and as I said in my first redstate post last night, I wouldn’t want to answer for the actions of everyone I’ve met or talked with…I just don’t see Ayers as damning evidence.
And no, I still haven’t decided who I’m voting for. McCain hasn’t offered much that I agree with. Feels a lot like he’s chasing a very populist view right now, doesn’t seem like his strength.
Hmmmmmm
hunter (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 4:50AM EST (link)Since Gov. Palin was never in the party, and never said what you assert in the context you claim, I think I will stick with condemning the guy who was mentored by the known and real terrorist. That would be Bill Ayers.
Why the Obamatons never doubt their guy, even when the facts are just sitting there, is something I have never understood.
Extra points, btw, for equating ‘not liking Obama’ to ‘being racist’.
Orwell would be impressed.
But not in a favorable way.
hunter
Ok. Fine. I get it.
disanthropic Friday, October 10th at 4:53AM EST (link)Do you guys ever think about how you come across to anyone else?
I know you are spun up with the coincidence that Obama’s middle name happens to be the same as the last name of that guy we declared war against a few years back.
Do you know what it means in Arabic? Whoops, common name for Muslims, right? So where am I supposed to land on this one considering I wasn’t old enough to weigh in on the political repercussions of my parents naming me.
Oh, wait, my middle name, David, could be construed as my life being an homage to the old hebrew King David, yeah? Clearly, I’m all about Isreal. First up on my list of all the things this modern life has to give us, right?
Come on. Let’s stop screwing around with this piddly nonsense about his name. If you think what his parents named him, I admonish you “please, just abstain from voting for president.”
I’ve said it a couple times on here, and it’s still true. I’m a registered republican and I’m undecided. I’m leaning against voting for McCain. The libertarians are looking promising right now.
This name thing isn’t turning a lot of people’s opinions, it comes across as as less-than-intelligent.
It is the Obama reaction to Ayers
hunter (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 5:05AM EST (link)That is most interesting.
He is very protective of him.
He tossed Rev. Wright and his own grandmother under the bus with no problem.
The other thing is this:
He and Ayers had a very lucrative relationship via the Anenburg foundation money. Ayers promoted Obama to the board.
Ayers ideas of educational reform, that Obama funded, includes teaching kids that America is bad, that their allegiance is tot he ‘world’, and not America. (recall Obama and his ‘citizen of the world’ spiel) Obama gave Ayers projects a bunch of money.
Ayers hosted the political kick-off of Obama. There is no way these people were not close working friends.
But Ayers is chump change.
The real deal is about ACORN, Obama’s employer and legal client, and how ACORN led the way in destroying FNMA.
FNMA meltdown is the cause of our financial crisis.
ACORN and Obama’s pals from FNMA wrecked it. Obama personally and politically benefited from wrecking FNMA.
That is more interesting to me than Ayers, a middle aged America hating rich kid who plays terrorist.
hunter

Redboy is forgetting that the Federal Gov't must respect State Govt and independence. Dems (and Obama) have dissed State Authority by their efforts of expanding Fed Govt.
Rod_Patrick (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 6:28AM EST (link)The gesture made by Sarah is correct because she is the Governor of Alaska, the leader of all people of all parties in Alaska. Remember that Sarah even welcomed the National Democratic Party leaders when they campaigned in her town.
On the larger issue, AIP aims for the respect of agreement between USA and Alaskan Government during Alaska’s acceptance as one of US states. Instead of respecting that Agreement, the Federal Government has imposed all kinds of restrictions to Alaska and the expansion of Federal government’s authority has usurped and undermined that Agreement. A manifestation of this is the Fed’s laws almost converting the entire Alaska as Environmental National Park thus constricting the Alaskans’ right to enrich themselves through oil and natgas development.
AIP now is a Third Party…not hooked up to any majority party. It has the power to choose from any national party it may support, be it Dem or Rep.
The Democrats’ efforts of expanding the Government role are usurping the States’ authority.
On a social aspect, Roe vs. Wade SC decision is one example on how the Washington DC has overstepped its authority. This decision should be nullified because the issue of abortion and choice must be akin to the cultural nature of each state. If California and New York want Abortion so much, then let their state government give the same to them. But those states whose majority of the people believe that such act is a violation of the right to life must be allowed to make their own law that represents their own values and beliefs. Thus, such decision for abortion must be decided by the State, not by the Fed.
In general, therefore, the issue by the AIP seeking greater economic independence from the national government is the same issue by many people in other states.
BUT WHAT ABOUT OBAMA AND BIDEN RECORD ON SECESSION? *This is interesting because Obama and Biden voted for that recent Federal Law that allowed Hawaiians to decide for their own independence from USA…ie. Hawaiian secession. * McCain voted NO to that bill. This may be the reason why Hawaii loved the Obama and the Democrats in this election. Through the Democrats, Hawaians got what they were wishing for.
Thus, Redboy is essentially dissing the current Federal Structure of the US Government which is also traitorous in some respect since it is a total disrespect of the Constitution.
Redboy’s issue has also a lot to say about other third parties. What about other third parties besides AIP? What are they doing?
Democratic Socialists of America and Communist Party of United States of America are third parties working within the Democratic Party. They have already announced their support to their Beloved Obama. Obama willingly accepted the support of these parties. Most of these parties’ members are there in Chicago… now the the center of Obama’s campaign, a place close to Wright and Ayers, New Party of Obama in 1996, and Chicago Democratic Socialists of America – the party that launched the career of Obama by dissing Alice Palmer.
Using the logic of Redboy, then we can conclude that:
Conclusion:
It’s very irresponsible for Redboy to accuse Sarah Palin of being traitorous. Redboy must cross-check all the memes being spewed by the Obama Camp and by the HuffPo, such as the Anti-Palin AIP meme.
And yet authoritarians Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, Tito, etc. were all men of the Left.

Yes. It is guilt by association
Raven (Diary) Friday, October 10th at 7:26AM EST (link)Because it is a pattern of association that is, frankly, terrifying. 1 or 2 people, sure. I’d buy it that he didn’t know. But everyone around him. People he has deliberately sought out.
1)He started his political career in the house of a pair of admitted terrorists who claim they still want to do more.
2)He spent 20 years in a church of “God Damn America!” and his marriage was performed by the head pastor of that church. He still claims friendship with that pastor and all of the other extremist preachers that work there (wright’s replacement and Father Pflager, for example)
3)He sought out and received the New Party endorsement when running for IL Senate. The New Party is the modern US Communist Party.
4)He sought out CEOs of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to assist on his campaign. CEOs of the 2 worst failures of business in US history. Not merely some guy who was once hired to do some lobbying for those companies. The CEOs.
5)Light is now being shed on his relationship with Odinga, a mass murderer from Kenya.
6)His own wife has explicitly stated that she is ashamed of the USA. On multiple occasions.
It is a matter of his Entire circle of friends and associates. Everyone he might even consider turning to for advice. Whether that be advice on policy or advice on who to put into what cabinet or other political appointee positions.
So, yes. Guilt due to every public association he has had a choice to make.
