“Who is Jim Slattery?”

That kind of sums it up there.

So, I live in eastern Kansas, which means I see a commercial about this particular race in every commercial break.

The theme of slattery’s last commercial is that Roberts and his friends are pissing on the little people. it actually had a 100 ft tall man lauging and pissing on a goup of 15 or so people.

I actually laughed when i saw it, but I have no hope for taking that man seriously again.

Simply because I enjoy being reminded, from time-to-time, of Ned. It makes me giggle.

So does Jim Slattery.

As we say here in Kansas, “Slattery will get you nowhere.” I used to write a political column in northeastern Kansas at the time Slattery ran for governor in 1994. I had to laugh each time spell check would offer “slithery” for Slattery.
