I’m off the charts angry at this point. The media as a whole has just dropped any pretense and is full-on attack mode, no holds barred, against this woman and her family.

Since my cable tv is out, I was forced to watch broadcast network of the convention and ended up having to turn it off. I watched for about 20 minutes after 10 O’Clock and kept switching through the channels in vain to find a network that wasn’t talking over the speeches about various Palin “scandals” or confronting McCain spokesmen with Democratic talking points.

It’s ridiculous. The networks have decided to turn coverage of the REPUBLICAN convention into an Obama campaign event filled with Democratic talking points.

….and call him and let him know how many subscriptions he just lost. That should get his attention!

They’re going after Levi

They’ll probably try to break the young couple up by paying operatives to wreck the relationship. Put SS on them too.

This is out of hand. That poor family needs an Army of protection. Any Special Ops volunteers out there?

This is nuclear war, folks…an all-out attempt to use the power of the national press to destroy the lives of two teenagers and their baby to come for the sole purpose of pushing Gov Palin out of the race and throwing the race.

To which list of targets I must now sadly add Levi and their unborn child.

A kind of brown shirt fanaticism has gripped the media–one part cultish devotion to the myth of Obama and one part blind rancor toward Republicans. They simply cannot be stopped because they have no shame, and any appeal you’d make to fundamental decency is meaningless to them.

If this election is close at all going into November, I won’t be surprised to SEE anything. And if McCain wins, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the likes of Katie Couric breaking windows and tossing Molotov cocktails on 5th Avenue.

I am not a red meat conservative by any possible measure, being occasionally decried as a RINO by my Republican friends, but the utter lack of human decency on display here ensures that I will never buy another Wenner Media product and I will max out my contribution to the RNC Victory Fund. I just got off the phone with an independent, Democratic-leaning friend who is also furious about the viciousness of the attacks on Sarah Palin and her family and will make the first political donation of his life to the Victory Fund.

I do not believe Barack Obama himself is behind these attacks, but he cannot control his people and they are completely off their meds at this point. They need to be stopped.

I’ve never seen or heard anything like this. US Magazine and the rest of the media have found a way to go further than scraping the bottom of the barrel. Of course their meme is that it’s Sarah Palin’s fault, not theirs, that Bristol (and now Levi) are being splashed all over media outlets.

As we all know, BHO has gotten a complete pass, and lots of great and fluffy press. And I do not believe that he gives a damn about what his fans are doing, I don’t care what he said.

A pox on both houses, since no one can point fingers. Remember Atwater.

Something really needs to be done about this, though. In kind contributions logged to the Dems should max them all out.

Ranger up, here, and find a way to combat this c@*p.
