&lt;p&gt;Carl Mumpower is back in the race.  He pulled out citing principle--his belief that the GOP had lost its way.  He said that he would get back in if enough county Republican parties came out in favor of basic conservative principles, and they did.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, he is running with almost no money in his war chest.
