It may lack a presentation of deep analysis but its two main points are quite succinct.
brevity is the sole of wit
engineer4america (Diary) Thursday, May 21st at 10:58PM EST (link)thank you that’s my point. It’s the absolute opposite of the stimulus bill.
It answers a persons right to be employed and not be forced to join an organization that is anathema to their religious and political beliefs. Yet it protects the openly religious and political organizations from being forced to employ people that are enemy’s of their beliefs.
Exactly. nt

So lets write the legislation that needs to be there to protect all of us. It may even protect those that would imprison us for our words

David Ray Ritcheson Hate Crime Prevention Act (Introduced in House)
This abominable piece of legislation appears to address the issue of people committing crimes against others because of their race creed, color… it is really a bill disguised to silence any one that speaks out against people of sexual perversion. My faith and the faiths of many other people would be declared illegal under this bill simply for reading from our sacred texts. Stop this bill and preserve our freedom of speech.
