Liberalism, socialism and communism over the years went underground and since Woodrow Wilson and Theodore Roosevelt resurfaced as progressives.

Both Clinton’s, McCain, Obama, Graham, Reid, Snow, Pelosi and Lieberman to mention but a few, all embrace and endorse the policies and run for election under the banner of a Progressive, regardless of their party affiliation.

They all share the view that governments at all levels must be actively involved in deciding what is right or wrong for the people.

All have ignored the fact that the voters elected them to represent the people by first and foremost upholding and protecting the Constitution of the Unites States of America.

These Progressives, all believe that our constitutional system is outdated and must be made into a dynamic, evolving instrument of social change, aided by scientific knowledge and the development of administrative bureaucracy through larger and larger government in the form of unconstitutional and unsustainable programs and daily intrusions into the lives of the people they were elected to serve.

To fund these socialistic giveaway program, which were unsustainable from their inception, progressives through their sixteenth amendment to the Constitution to fund such programs, gave Americans the progressive income tax.

Today Barack Obama through his campaign rhetoric of hope and change, as President continues to follow the words of the progressive administration of Woodrow Wilson, by asking or taking the permission today to interpret our Constitution according to the Darwinian principle.

Obama, was not elected to even attempt such a change by the American people as Presidents Wilson and Roosevelt learned the hard way.

Governments, our American government, was never intended to be a living thing, nor was it intended to be a government by the government for the government as these progressives want it to become at any costs and regardless of the wishes of the American people.

Second Obama without such a declaration of war, like President Jefferson in dealing with the terrorists in The Bay of Tripoli, Obama is limited the military power and resources of America to those of mainly defense in nature.

Third, going back to 1942, before a lot of our time, The Supreme Court, voting 8 to 0, upheld the legality and authorization of trial by tribunal supported by legislation enacted by Congress, i.e. declaration of war.

Fourth, in 2008, The Supreme Court, voting 5 to 4, despite an act of Congress, that attempted to suspend that right o habeas corpus, because the President, Bush at the time, had not asked Congress for a declaration of War.

Fifth, unless Obama seeks a declaration of war, his 2009 Military Commissions Act might also be suspended by the Supreme Court if challenged by one of these enemy combatants, as Congress as not issues a declaration of war against The Taliban, al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda trained fanatical jihadist radical Muslim extremists. 

Sixth, while any President could unquestionably adopt such measures as the laws permitted, 2006 or 2009 Military Commissions Act, for the enforcement of order against insurgency, Congress alone could stamp an insurrection with the character of war and thereby authorize the legal consequences ensuing from a state of war. As such without a declaration of war by Congress, Obama can only fight a defensive war against al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda trained fanatical jihadist radical Muslim extremists. 

Thus without Obama asking for and Congress granting a declaration of war against our enemy combatants namely, the Taliban, al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda trained fanatical jihadist radical Muslim extremists, in my humble opinion Obama  could be considered in violation his oath of office. More preciously “will to the best of my ability, protect, and defend.”

By not asking for a declaration of war against al-Qaeda, the Taliban, and jihadist radical Muslim extremists is Obama doing his best to protect and defend the citizens of America? I believe legally not.

Obama clearly has the ability to ask Congress for a declaration of war, does he not? Thus a legal argument could be made, that he has not upheld his oath of office.

Thus allowing this al-Qaeda trained fanatic jihadist radical Muslim extremist caught red handed by a Dutch tourist to plead innocent, because Holder and Obama insisted on giving a non-American citizen his Miranda rights so this enemy combatant can make a deal for a light sentence as a civil criminal.

With continued attacks, seemingly at will by fanatical jihad radical extremists Islamist Muslims against innocent American and other world citizens, what is taking Americas Commander in Chief, so long in asking the Senate and House, which his party controls, for a Declaration of War.

Enemy combatants or al-Qaeda trained fanatic jihadist radical Muslim extremists are not legitimate civil criminals, they are enemy combatants.

Obama’s catastrophic failure to acknowledge that America and the world is at war, remains Obama’s “responsibility to find out why and to correct that failure” by first arresting these enemy combatants, not giving them their nonexistent Miranda rights.

It’s attorney general Erick Holder, supported by Obama and the democrats that are attempting to legitimize them as civil criminals by giving these enemy combatants Miranda rights and stopping all interrogation of them by lawyers paid for out of public funds which now permits such plea bargaining by our enemy combatants.

His picking and choosing suspected individuals for isolated alleged acts of man-made disasters by these terrorists on his watch or others, is purely for his partisan political civil show trials.

As Commander in Chief, instead of playing golf for four days, should have immediately informed the American people and the world that all attempted acts of terrorism, henceforth will be considered as an attempted and continuing act of war by enemy combatants who all will be immediately turned over to the United States Military Police, for detention, interrogations, imprisonment and trials under USA laws for Military tribunals and will henceforth keep all enemy combatants detained at Guantanamo bay as POWS until all hostilities cease.

With close to one year under this new direction, have we at all seen such openness or transparency by Obama and this administration? I believe not.  It appears to have been a cynical yet successful attempt by Obama and his democrats to hoodwink the voters in securing votes for their party. Perhaps I will be proved wrong these next three years but we will all have to wait and see. 

That brings us to one reality about the yet unpublicized debates about the structural fundamental change, not reform of health care in America, which were openly and continually promised during the election.

The non debates of health care reform turned into a partisan power grab unprecedented in the history of America by a government for the government. Nothing at all to do, with reducing health care costs or solving the unsustainable current Medicare or Medicaid government assisted programs.

The republicans as opposition members, where purposely fully and totally excluded by the process of designing legislation in the middle of the night and behind closed doors. A process which has not been out in the open and fully transparent or inclusiveness of ideas from both political parties and televised on C Span and be screaming across the Internet for ALL Americans to witness.

The behind closed doors and middle of the night deals and votes of our elected representatives, was NOT what was PROMISED by Obama and the democrat party. What we did get, has proven to be just another LIE to secure votes by attempts at hoodwinking the American public, NO honest legislature would or should be part of such a farce and sham.

However even with such scandalous behavior by the President, his administration and democrat Senators and House members, the republicans did make suggestion and amendments, which of course where not even considered by these unethical and immoral bunch of self serving politicians from both parties who sold their soles for pieces of silver being offered for their votes. My humble opinion is that most of them, republicans and democrats alike, have been at the public trough for far too long. 

Obama, his administration and the democrats and a few republicans have clearly shown all Americans that our politicians will say and do anything legal or illegal without any regard for their own integrity, morals or respect or even that of the American people who elected them, when asking and seeking votes for power behind closed door midnight meetings.

Hopefully, come 2010 and 2012 they all will get their individual and overdue pink slips and be ceremoniously unelected back to office by the American people once and for all. No more of their attempts at hoodwinking the voters.

Obama’s catastrophic failure to acknowledge that America and the world is at war with radical Muslim jihad Islam-ism, by NOT asking the Senate and House for a Declaration of War, now is his failure alone.

Unfortunately his predecessor George Walker Bush failed by not asking the House and Senate for such a Declaration, perhaps because his party did not control either the Senate or House as Obama’s party now does?

With continued attacks, seemingly at will, by jihad radical Islamist or Muslims extremists’ fanatics, against innocent American and other world citizens, what is taking Americans Commander in Chief, President Barrack Hussein Obama, so long in asking the Senate and House, which his party controls, for a Declaration of War.

Is this the cover he along with his administration is hiding behind, so they can continue their playing of partisan politics, of picking and choosing which terrorists will be prosecuted under a civil criminal show trial for the world to see?

Instead of all his hype rhetoric, of hope and change, he failed to honestly and effectively deal by referring to this latest terrorists act as done by a criminal suspect who allegedly tried to ignite an explosive device on his body.

Barack Hussein Obama must no longer hesitate and should immediately ask the Senate and House, which are both under his party’s control for a Declaration of War against terrorism.

Then advise the American people and the world that any and all attempted criminal acts of terrorism by jihad radical Islam-ism or Muslims extremists’ fanatics henceforth will be considered by the United States as an attempted and continuing act of war by enemy combatants who all will be immediately turned over to the United States Military Police, under the Geneva Convention, for detention, interrogation, imprisonment and trials under USA laws for Military tribunals.

Until he and his administration follows through by asking for a Declaration of War against terrorism, his is playing with the security of the American people by his continued picking and choosing of these enemy combatants for his partisan politics for show trials and giving these enemy combatants Miranda rights and stopping all interrogation of them by lawyers paid for out of public funds.

Another, is  the illegal act by the white house  E-Mail-Gate (snitch e-mails and a “reality check” section on the White House Web site), one of the biggest stories since Nixon’s Watergate and news media like ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN etc. with their pro and biased Obama reporting were nowhere to be heard!

A further one is about Obama and his administrations Catastrophic Failure, in dealing with jihadist radical Muslim fanatic extremist as enemy combatants.

Obama and his administration have shown that they prefer to play politics with America’s national security by picking and choosing criminal show trials, for our worst enemy combatants.

This administration has NOT been consistent, when it comes many of Obama’s election promises to Americans. One of the most disturbing if his failure to ensure Americans and the world, that all attempted criminal acts of terrorism by jihadist radical Islamist or Muslims extremists’ fanatics, will be considered by the United States as an attempted and continuing act of war by enemy combatants who all will be immediately turned over to the United States Military Police, for detention, interrogation, imprisonment and Military tribunals in compliance with USA military laws and the Geneva Convention.

Perhaps the most long lasting and devastating one is this administrations reckless and outrageous unabated spending habits of the Obama-Pelosi-Reid government by Tripling the US deficit in under ONE year!  Combine this with another record high for the National Debt which has topped $12 TRILLION Dollars under this administration.

To be far, while our Nation Debt has increased close to $2 Trillion on Obama’s watch, is still less than the over $4 Trillion run up by George Walker Bush and his administration over 8 years.

However one  fact remains, that our current arrogant, self serving, lame brain politicians from both parties, Republican or Democrat, have forgotten who they represent and all of them seem to take their marching voting orders by  political party leaders and special interest groups, unions and paid lobbyists but NOT the American people.

Since being elected, his administration has nationalized banks, car companies and introduced wage controls, not on government employees, but on private corporations.

One of the biggest stories since the Nixon Watergate was not even covered by news media outlets like ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN etc. because of their pro and biased Obama reporting.

Laws that the President was sworn to uphold, the privacy act of 1974, The Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988 and first amendment rights under the constitution, were  broken by the illegal act of gathering and soliciting emails by the white house (snitch e-mails and a “reality check” section on the White House Web site).

Obama’s Catastrophic Failure to acknowledge that America and the world is at war with radical Muslim jihadist Islamist, is now his further failure. Instead of all his hype rhetoric, of hope and change, he failed to honestly and effectively deal by referring to this latest terrorists act as done by a criminal suspect who allegedly tried to ignite an explosive device on his body.

Barack Hussein Obama, must openly declare that any and all attempted criminal acts of terrorism by jihadist radical Islamist or Muslims extremists’ fanatics henceforth will be considered by the United States as an attempted and continuing act of war by enemy combatants who all will be immediately turned over to the United States Military Police, under the Geneva Convention, for detention, interrogation, imprisonment and Military tribunals.

Until this happens, President Obama is not upholding his oath of office and is in contempt of that oath and of all law abiding people.

When will this administration, under Barack Hussein Obama’s leadership, live up to the oath of office they all took and honestly deal with such acts of terrorism?

First by declaring that this latest act against innocent civilians was NOT an alleged  criminal act by a fanatic individual, as Obama called it on Monday, but  rather a continuing attempted act of war by a radicical Muslim enemy combatant?

Secondly instead of all his hype rhetoric, of hope and change, start honestly and effectively dealing with such situations as  Commander and Chief by declaring that this radical nut bar Muslim fanatic extremist is  an enemy combatant as opposed to referring to them as individual criminal fanatic who allegedly committed a crime against innocent civilians.

Thirdly as a Commander and Chief, Barack Hussein Obama, must openly declare that any and all attempted criminal acts of terrorism, henceforth shall be considered by the United States as an attempted and continuing act of war by enemy combatants and will be treated as such.

Finally all such nut bars, radical Muslims or extremists’ fanatics shall be immediately turned over to the United States Military authorities for military detention, questioning, and trials as enemy combatants.

Until this happens, our President is not upholding his oath of office and as such is in contempt of that oath and the American people.
