For those that have not been paying attention we in Massachusetts are expecting State Senator Scott Brown to win the Republican Primary. He has a good shot of winning a low turnout special election. He won his State Senate seat in a special election in 2002 on the day of the Presidential Primary, John Kerry’s Presidential Primary against a very well known Democratic operative.
