The public needs to be reminded about the disparity in treatment of conservative vs liberal SCOTUS nominees. I doubt we'll see a member of Judge Sotomayor's family weeping at the sight of their loved one being pilloried by some self-righteous Republican senator as was the case with Judge Alito and his Democrat interrogators. Absolutely disgraceful, but they have no shame. Perhaps, at some point, the light will start to dawn. Lest we forget!
