We are entitled and should press more grass roots influence to govern, government officials. Rise up, throw down and quench your thirst for justice and libation.

Looks like they don't ship so I'll have to keep looking. Arizona and California are the closest stores for me but I'm a little too old for a road trip, even if it is just for a really good beer. :-)

beause when I hear "Henry's" I think of Henry Weinhard's beer from Hood River, OR. Also, beer and feathers wouldn't cross that fine line between attempted murder and simply making a big sticky mess. :-)

You can get Monty Python's Holy <s>Gr</s>Ail at a national chain called "Total Wine And More" www . totalwine . com

One of their newest shops is very close to my home in Pembroke Pines, Flori-duh. Really good place, great selection of everything, staff is highly trained on what's what and they have very fair pricing.

Been waiting for a place like this down here for a long time.

Cheers !

I have only found it once, at a bar called the Flying Saucer in Columbia, SC. I live on the other side of the country, so I haven't been able to enjoy that wonderful brew, tempered over burning witches, since. I brought the bottle back with me and it now sits on a shelf in my office. IIRC, you are in Florida but if there's a distributor you could direct me to I would be grateful. Thanks!

Alright, so this goy can't spell in Yiddish, either! I'm not sure how you get away with the "typical" part of your signature... unless you were with the Palmach in '48 (whom I admire greatly). My only real comment here was to mention that "Henry's" is a tar product for patching roofs and sealing below-the-ground level block walls from water intrusion. At least one of their products is "...a meal best served cold", so it wouldn't burn at all and, may in fact cure zits and wrinkles (so Nancy Pelosi might appreciate a dip!). And best of luck on your continuing research!

Sorry about the repeated reply, but this darn board said I couldn't post the first time because I had "already said that"! Then I tried to repeat the reply by memory and it worked, and the first post showed up! Somewhere along the line, for you Monty Python fans, I must have said in computerese: My Hovercraft is full of eels!

I'm glad there was some redeeming value to my post! However, my favorites, for a long time, have been Dinkel Aker and Dortmier Alt. I've not seen either for years. The Hefe is a close third, although it's not a pilsner, if I recall correctly! Maybe the desire to foment insurrection is proportional to the foam in one's beer?

I've been having a go at this brand lately: Monty Python's Holy <s>Gr</s>Ail.

Yes, it's a marketing thing, but the ale is quite the tasteriffic and smoooootherness.

As for tar and feathering maneuvers, that does tend to run on the 'assault with intent to cause great bodily harm' side of things and depending on the heat index of the tar, can be construed as this 'kind of bad thing' called attempted murder.

Hmmmmm, after that last short paragraph, one might conclude that I've done a bit of research on the matter. One would be correct.

So, what can we do then ? Well, as long as there isn't a man-made disaster presenting a crisis too good to waste that would "force" good ol' President Whatshisname to "hold off" on the 2010 elections "for the good of the people", I suggest that any and I mean ANY incumbent up for reelection gets tossed out on their arses..... a total housecleaning.

That would send a REAL message.

Cheers !
