I can’t figure if this is a misspelling of the word “hypocrisy” or a portmanteau meaning “deficient government”.

I think I need an editor, but I was drawing at 4:45am, so I think I will fix the misspelling (so if anyone is reading these comments – they probably won’t make sense after I fix it).

Although, I kind of like the way it came out with the typo too.
