		<description>Everyone who pays an electric &amp; gas bill will be in for a rude awakening. And that would include almost every family, single person,
business, etc. So far from the left I keep hearing about how they are willing to &quot;pay more taxes&quot; when the truth is they don&#039;t pay taxes anyway. No one will be able to run away from the cap &amp; trade tax. Even if you shut off the breaker to your house and used no electricity you will still get taxed. This really does represent taxation without representation in it&#039;s rawest form. A true socialist slush fund to bankroll it&#039;s candidates. The money will never be used to develop alternative energy. I will love to see the TV ads that come out in the summer of 2010. This will bankrupt many small business&#039;s and just put more people out of work. Is this really the change you want?</description>
