Whether it be in AZ, CO, IN, NM, NV, OH, PA, (we’ve had plenty of fraud in MI too, 2008 no difference MI AG trying to Prosecute some right now) etc… we have to overcome not just the Legal Vote but the ILLEGAL VOTES…

I/We need the ADF to sue on peoples behalf Federal Govt. and Every State for failing to protect my/our Civil (Constitutional) Right of (One Citizen, One) Vote. The Govt. MUST defend my Right/Vote over those who would INVALIDATE MY VOTE with an ILLEGAL VOTE. Whether it be an Illegal citizen, someone perpetrating Identity Theft or plain Fraud to vote on a Dead/False Registrant, etc….

the notion that BHO was raised in near poverty is laughable. He, by his own account, was raised by his maternal Grandmother. She is a former VP of a bank and a well-respected businesswoman in Hawaii. So let’s put this notion of “POOR ol Barack” to rest. I do agree that there are a multitude of opportunities to point out BHO’s lack of character and his propensity to choose to associate himself with the fringe elements of his party as well as convicted felons, and leftist radicals.

I have several friends who work at the east-west center at the University of Hawaii… and most of them remember this event— Even in the racially mixed and diverse culture that defines Hawaii, The union between Barack’s mother and father was an event of note… These were two relatively poor people who married and propogated with little support from either side of the family— they did not have the monetary resources to travel back to Africa and I have heard several first hand accounts from friends at the East-West center about how the young couple was treated when Barack was born… It is fine to reject Barack’s ideas of governance, but to try and discredit him about his American birth is ludicrous and for the allegations to be true would require that literally hundreds of people in Hawaii today would be witholding the truth… this is simply not plausible and further discredits legitimate attacks on Barack’s policies and character.

If the organization is claiming to be unbiased, but is, in fact, filled with supporters for one candidate and has been lock-step with Obama in the past, to then claim it doesn't have a conflict of interest is at best, dubious. More likely downright fallacious. In any case, as was noted, factcheck's analysis on this was found less then stellar by multiple sites. So trotting it out after it's already been debunked is hardly useful.

And just to be clear...again...it's not Republicans pushing this. It's the Pumas. And if it was so easily answered as you claim, why in the world didn't they abide by the court's order and produce the document? Let's be perfectly clear on this, it's such a slam-dunk that there's no logical explanation why he would 'not' provide the certificate as ordered by the court except he can't.

The only other explanations I can arrive at is that he has lived with some great deception in his past he doesn't wish to see produced in court (Martin's allegation); or he's so hopelessly given to legal maneuvering that he can't provide a straight answer when the straight answer is obviously the best.

I don't think personally there's anything to this, other than evidence that Obama is by nature deceptive and duplicitous. That of course, is sufficient in my book to not vote for the man.

For persons born on or after November 14, 1986, a person is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true:

A person's record of birth abroad, if registered with a U.S. consulate or embassy, is proof of his or her citizenship. Such documentation is often useful to prove citizenship in lieu of the availability of an American birth certificate.

Different rules apply for persons born abroad to one U.S. citizen before November 14, 1986. United States law on this subject changed multiple times throughout the twentieth century, and the law as it existed at the time of the individual's birth controls.

So maybe the rules are different for Barrak Obama. Still, I doubt there is any real fire here. I wish Obama would just produce his birth certificate though. I mean I've had to before to get my first driver's license, why doesn't he?
