Four Strong Women for Congress

Sharron Angle, Christine O’Donnell, Daria Novak and Star Parker.  Each at first (and perhaps still) shunned by the pro-incumbent Establishment.  Each deserves our continued strong support to build the critical mass of citizen-legislators that will stop the Obama agenda and get us back in the right course as the God-blessed leader nation we’re called to be.

Sharron:  We all know about her unexpected winning of the Nevada Republican primary on June 8th.  Harry Reid immediately unleashed a character assassination campaign with his $11 million in the bank, and $14 million more to come, including “slick Bill” to the rescue.  Sharron’s campaign is growing more professional and is in early stages of coordinating with the RNC and the NRSC against a vast Democratic machine.  I believe, as Palin, DeMint and many others do, Sharron has what it takes to beat Harry in November and deal a mortal blow to the Obama agenda.

Christine: Recently endorsed by RS, she must first beat 40-yr House incumbent RINO Mike Castle in the 9/14 Delaware Republican primary, for the priviledge to contest Democrats for the Senate seat left vacant by Joe Biden.  In a recent interview with Mark Levin, denouncing the recent Castle-Van Hollen Grassroots Gag Order Bill, the so-called “Disclose” Act, Christine said she just needs to raise $300,000 to defeat Castle.  With Beau Biden (Joe’s son) apparently out of the race, and Senator Kaufmann not running for reelection, Christine has a very realistic chance to win the Senate seat.  Christine has also earned the endorsement of One Nation PAC.  We should also urge Senator DeMint’s SCF to endorse her, as many have already.  You can read more at

Star is running for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 37th Congressional District in LA County, California. She is the founder and president of CURE, the Center for Urban Renewal & Education, a 501(c)3 non-profit think tank that explores and promotes market-based public policy to fight poverty.  I’ve gotten to know Star a couple of years ago through her founding of CURE.  She’s the bright, eloquent and life-tested anti-Obama antidote our inner-city youth need to hear so much more from, to break free from the vicious cycle of economic and psychological government dependency (as she once did herself as a former welfare mom). Star will do a lot more good as a member of Congress.  Sarah Palin has recently endorsed her.  Check out her bio at http://www.starparkerforcongress.com/bio.asp

Daria:  I came across this patriotic Tea Party Conservative woman running for Connecticutt’s 2nd district, during the heated pre-Obamacare months and days.  She’s a true Reaganite advocate for peace through strength, individual liberties and free market solutions, and as the official Republican nominee, will beat liberal activist and current rep. Joe Courtney in November with our support.  http://novakforcongress.com/

Let’s get them all elected and further explode a number of tired liberal stereotypes in the process!!

Christine O'Donnell!

Bryan McCarthy (Diary) Thursday, July 1st at 9:46PM EST (link)

Right on! She is a dynamic young conservative who will be a great U.S. Senator. The liberal geriatric wing of the GOP establishment is backing the ultra liberal Mike Castle. It is obvious to anyone who has remained awake in 2010 that in addition to the fact that, based upon his record, Castle deserves to be fired, more importantly, he would be a weak candidate by virtue of his old boy Washington insider incumbent status. Go Christine!

O'Donnell, "Strong"?

First, Mike Castle has NOT been in Congress for 40 years, he’s been in Congress for 18 years. Before that Castle was Delaware’s Governor and Lt. Governor. He was also a lawyer, he started his own law firm that still exists today. And he helped bring the banking industry to Delaware by lowering taxes and creating a pro business environment. He voted against Obamacare and the Stimulus Package, and voted for the Bush Tax Cuts and the extension of the Bush Tax Cuts.

Christine O’Donnell, is the exact OPPOSITE of a “strong woman.” When her house was foreclosed on in 2008, she had her boyfriend buy it so she wouldn’t have to get a job and so she could avoid the Sheriff sale so she could run against Biden. She handed Biden the biggest victory of his career. She promised her boyfriend, who was, incidentally, also a campaign staffer, that she would buy the house back but never did. He ended up having to kick her out because she wasn’t even paying the rent.

When she lost by a landslide at the GOP Convention in May, she ran out of the Convention Hall crying, and had to have her cabal of male staffers hold her up so she wouldn’t faint. She refused to answer questions from the press, and STILL refuses to face any Delaware media other than a handful of handpicked bloggers who run multiple pro O’Donnell sites to make it appear like she has more support than she actually does.

Her worst polling demographic is WOMEN. Why? Because the average, hardworking woman in Delaware does not want to be represented by a woman who handles all of her problems by leaning on boyfriends for help and who won’t get a job to pay her bills.

And then there’s her employment history. She doesn’t list a job on her resume since the Passion of the Christ in 2004. Absent from her resume is her job with ISI, a conservative think tank in Delaware run by a former Reagan staffer. She doesn’t list ISI because they fired her, and she sued them for sexual discrimination. She dropped the suit after ISI decided to fight the suit in the open and not simply settle out of court.

She ran as a college graduate in 2006 & 2008 but that was a lie, Farleigh Dickenson never graduated O’Donnell, she has no degree, and the college had to take her to court and win a judgment against her to get her to pay off her debts.

I’m not a Castle fan, I would be thrilled if Delaware could scrape up a real conservative to run for the Senate, but Christine O’Donnell does NOT live her life by anything that resembles conservative values. It’s easy to talk about conservative values, but the real test is living by them. O’Donnell fails that test every time.
