One doesn't have to wear a tin foil hat to see that the Democrats have abandoned, ignored, abused and discarded a significant number of laws, rules, regulations and traditions in imposing their agenda.

We have unelected and unconfirmed "czars" running huge swaths of the government, many with marxist and socialist agendas

We have a government that prints money at will.

We have a Senate who seems willing to reconfigure 18% of the economy with an amendment to a budget bill.

We have a Congress that seems willing to pass stealth bills.

We have a justice department run by the likes of Holder and nut jobs like Koh.

We have a CoC who sees dead soldiers as little more than another photo op.

We have Bill Ayers, who ought to be in prison in the Lincoln bedroom.

We have a President without a past, at least one that is published.

The Republicans in Congress have been literally locked out of the decison making process.

Now Slick, you answer this question: If Obama could rule by decree, would he be willing to disregard the Constitution and 250 years of American governance traditions?

Yep, we both know that answer.

they may not have had a second signature page around when he signed it, Senators some times sign letters without the signature lines, especially group letters

congress exempted themselves from FOIA. That's every sneaky of them. Anyways, I see that lots of Senators signing have worse signatures than mine. I don't like to print out anything because of my chicken scratch print. Oh well, I think I got that stuff to a point from my dad, he prints a bit better and signature is cleaner.

I was under the impression that the Public record act (can't remember the name) that opened up a lot of government records to the public was very powerful and far reaching. Can't they legally require Reid to let everyone see it?

I have suspected all along that what would happen is this..

The day of the Senate vote, a bill or major portion of it will come out of nowhere , with text unseen.. and no one will know what they're voting for.

The day of the House vote, a bill or major portion of it will come out of nowhere , with text unseen.. and no one will know what they're voting for.

Then when those are passed, another bill will emerge in the Conference Committee and it will bear no relation to anything that was passed beforehand. And it will pass.

The bill that is awaiting its ascent from the pits of hell to the Conference Committee, that was written a long time ago, and long desired for by these Communists is the real bill.

Everything up until now is just a sham.

Our Constitution is destroyed.

But isn't there a better way to get the message out to the American people than a letter addressed to Reid?
